The Four Seasons KL is top notch. Great customer service. Attention to details and ensuring everything is taken care of. Is it conveniently located and easy to get around. The bar is also great with cool cocktails. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Reason for the 4/5 is I booked a city tour through the hotel and the tour guide was rude, asked for tips before we got to the first place, belched the whole time, and was not knowledgeable about any of the history of the city. Total waste of money and time. Recommend to book outside of the hotel. #malaysia

One of my favourite activities to do on holiday is to indulge in a good spa massage! When we were on vacation here at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, we booked ourselves a couple suite to enjoy some relaxing down time. The spa environment was beautiful and felt incredibly luxurious. We were served a fragrant cup of hot tea in the lounge before entering the suite. I really like the soothing aroma but if you have a sensitive nose, you may not like the scent. Kenny Hills Bistro at Four Seasons KL, does serve slightly different menu than the usual Kenny Hills Bakers with more upscale dining and food choices although you will still find the signature pastries such as Peach Strudels there. The meal was pleasantly good with nice presentation and attentive service. Duck confit with pineapple compote and mash potatoes is a must order. The aglio olio comes with fresh seafood and crabmeat, which was the perfect combination. The interior was posh and modern looking with al fresco seatings too. During our holiday here in Kuala Lumpur, we stayed at Four Seasons hotel, which was an incredible choice! Not only were the staff awesome in their service, the hotel had all the facilities and restaurants for a comfortable stay within reach. We were highly impressed by the fine dining restaurants here and would highly recommend them! They are truly the gems of the property, even if you’re not staying here, it is worth a visit. Kenny Hills Baker, Four Season Hotel Kuala Lumpur This new outlet by Kenny Hills located at the heart of City Centre with a lot parking at basement. From Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, they have various menu to fullfill your stomach all day. Either you craving for savoury food or in the mood for a sweet tooth a wide selection of American Menu is worth to try for. Despite the food price is quite expensive, theres always a que to enter this place. So, do come early to avoid the crowd.

I decided to check it out at about 730pm as it was raining and I couldn't swim. Upon entering I noticed how big the fitness centre was, its simple huge with 3 different sections to focus on, one area just for the weights, one area dedicated to core works like yoga, etc, and one area just for Cardio. The view from this fitness centre is also just fantastic as it's overlooking the KLCC Park. #meetkualalumpur

The main adult-size swimming pool is good to swim laps or just chill your day away, they also have a little splash pool for the kids to play around. The sun loungers are readily available for guests who just want to relax and read a book by the pool. Attentive staff members will whisk by with warm towels and bottled water. During my stay, it rained quite abit and I couldn't enjoy much of the pool, if I have another stay I will definitely try it out. #meetkualalumpur

My basic garden view room comes with this beautiful bathroom which has a hand held shower and a rain shower, it also has a very luxuriously designed bath tub and a Japanese brand toilet bowl that is so high-tech that it is always warm and ready for your use. The toilet bowl is also controlled by a switch with various little symbols that may need your close attention before just pressing away. All the amenities in the toilet are by l'occitane.

When I was there it was still before the opening hour yet the pleasant staff member offered me a nice iced chill tea to drink and enjoy the beautiful views from the lounge. The staff member also shared with me that the high tea set here is super popular and its very instagrammable :).

We stay here once a year at least for special event like our wedding anniversary on 11th December. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything. KLCC just walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful. Buffet breakfast is the best one with various of foods. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. My first ever Four Seasons experience was at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur - literally a 3+ minutes walk from Suria KLCC Mall & Petronas Twin Towers. It was the soft opening at that time but it felt like a grand one. All the staffs either greet or smile whenever I walked past and it's such a good first impression! The hotel is also connected to a mall and adjacent to Suria KLCC which is super convenient for shopaholic like me. Did you know this is the third tallest hotel in the world? Crazy!! Check in was done at the sky lobby and was attended by a staff whose professionalism and the way he interacts with the me was truly remarkable. It was a fast and smooth check in as well. I got upgraded to the Premier Park view room which had the amazing view of the park/fountain plus a glimpse of the KLCC Twin Towers. There were high tech features in the room which includes an automated heated bidet & iPad. I used the FS app to chat with concierge and the replies was fast. I also ordered room service and the presentation of the food was at the highest level of luxury. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in KL. Tons of food options to choose, from pastries to middle eastern food with the amazing panoramic view of the KLCC Park as you eat your breakfast. The pool felt like I was at a resort - it even comes with underwater music which I felt was super relaxing when I back floated in the water. On that same level, it has a locker room fitted with sauna and steam rooms too. Of course the surrounding views features glimpse of the twin towers as well. Overall, this was one of the best hotel I stayed in KL. Although there were some minor teething issues since it was a soft opening when I went, it was still the best out of all the hotels I travelled to in KL. #luxuryhotel #malaysia #fourseasonshotel
