📍Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Longxi - Suite 🛏️This is about my tenth stay here, and I've always been upgraded to a suite—never stayed in a standard room. The hotel's decor is a bit dated, with a classic, old-school vibe, but it's comfortable. There are usually conferences or tour groups here. They used to offer complimentary cookies in the rooms, but not this time. Perhaps they're cutting costs. The suite's bedroom is small, but the living room is spacious. There are two bathrooms, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. 🧫Breakfast is on the second floor, accessible via a spiral staircase from the lobby bar. It's a standard breakfast spread with everything you'd expect. The gym is in the main building. You need to go to the fourth floor, cross a long corridor to the main building, and then take another elevator to the fifth floor. The pool is next to the gym. The gym equipment is quite old; the only elliptical machine has a black-and-white, glitching screen, and the floor is uneven. 📮The hotel is located on the west side of Binjiang District, near Puyan. It's across from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and very close to the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University subway station. Both Line 4 and Line 6 can take you to Hangzhou East Railway Station. With regular prices around CNY 300-400, plus occasional flash sales and bonus points, it offers good value.

The experience was fantastic, and I'd like to share my kid-friendly itinerary and hotel check-in experience with you~ I. Reasons for Choosing 1. Excellent Location: The hotel is located near the Qiantang River, extremely convenient for transportation, and very close to the airport. It's close to Metro Lines 4 and 6, as well as the Qiantang River Bridge. Although it's a short distance from the subway station, taking a taxi is very convenient. I took taxis throughout my trip in Hangzhou. 2. Comfortable Room Type: I booked a family suite, which is especially suitable for traveling with elders, eliminating the need for separate rooms. Although the hotel is a bit old, it didn't affect us much since we spent most of our time sightseeing, except for naps and sleeping at night. The stay was still comfortable. The room is equipped with a kitchen (we only used the refrigerator). The advantage of a suite is its spaciousness, making you feel at home. II. Hotel Experience 1. Soundproofing/Hygiene: The hygiene was good, the room was very clean, and the check-in was reassuring. 2. Room Type/Layout: The bedroom area of the suite is not large, but the living room is quite spacious, with two bathrooms. Opening all the curtains, you can see a wide view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The overall layout is reasonable. 3. Amenities/Facilities: The hotel amenities are complete and can meet daily needs. However, the gym facilities are indeed quite old; the screen of the only elliptical machine is black and white with a flickering screen, and the gym floor is uneven. However, breakfast is on the second floor, accessible directly from the lobby bar via a spiral staircase. The breakfast variety is rich and the quality is guaranteed. 4. Average Cost: The price is usually around three or four hundred, and you get bonus points during flash sales, making it very cost-effective. III. Recommended Attractions 1. West Lake: Taking photos here on a sunny day is especially rewarding (I encountered a typhoon during my Mid-Autumn Festival trip, but fortunately, the weather was cool and not sunny, and it didn't rain). There are a lot of people here, but strolling along the West Lake with my family was very pleasant. We stopped to take pictures whenever we saw a place we liked, leaving many beautiful memories. 2. Zhejiang Museum of Natural History: Due to the rainy day, we chose indoor activities. Hangzhou has many museums, and after some research, this museum is especially suitable for children, especially for young children like my daughter. 3. Xixi Wetland: Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is full of the charm of Jiangnan, and I highly recommend it. Taking a hand-rowed boat can instantly slow down the pace of life. We booked a package directly on Ctrip for 520 yuan, which included tickets, a boat ride, and tea and snacks for 4 people. Overall, Hangzhou is a very suitable city for traveling with elders and children, and Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Longxi, added a lot of comfort and convenience to our trip.

However, after all, it is a hotel that opened in 2008, and the facilities are really a bit outdated. The most influential experience is that the TV model is relatively old and the picture quality is worrying, and the operation sound of the air conditioner is relatively loud. [🥘Dining] The breakfast restaurant is located on the second floor, a circular hollow floor, which is quite interesting. The categories are mediocre, and there are no major highlights. [🚗Transportation] It is close to the Chinese Medicine University Station on Subway Line 6. If you drive, there is also an underground garage. Free parking for hotel guests is very convenient.
