We had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Desaru Hotel. The hotel and staff were welcoming and spoke good English. Room was spacious and clean; room service was also very prompt. Despite not responding to my email request for surprise birthday arrangement for my husband during our stay, they made it up upon reminder on check-in. The restaurant where the buffet breakfast was held was a bit hectic and crowded but fast moving. Relatively good spread of local dishes and some pastries but would be good to have different spread compared to other hotels. The game room was a great surprise for the kids. A bit troublesome to always have to validate the Touch n Go card every time we leave the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Great front desk experience with Mr Calvin who is extremely professional, patient and helpful. Friendly and welcoming doorman who always helped with the hotel entrance door. Ample parking with unlimited entries and exits at rm5 per day stay but must remember to validate before going out each time. Very clean and new and the latest hotel in Desaru town. Free shuttle to the beautiful coast beach of South China Sea. Varieties of food within the location from local to seafood. Recommended seafood at Nelayan Restaurant at Tuna Maya and Nasi lemak at kopitiam Ena Thank you for the awesome experience with great hospitality and assistance.

Although its a few min away from the beach. I still love it here. The room is spacious and clean. last month, my bf surprised me with a (all expenses paid 😎) trip to Desaru & I was so happy with the hotel he booked 😆😆 
location wise it was soooo good omg right outside there were 2 grocery stores, few cafes & many local eateries (which were SOOOO GOOD. will upload reviews soon!!!), SKS mall was also about a 5min walk away & 7-11s as well & to top it all off, they also provide shuttle services from the ferry terminal to the water park & to some golfing area I think 😅 all u have to do is just scan a QR code and reserve your time slot! 
amenities omg they had q a big gym & pool & the lobby is so pretty as well?? The room we stayed in was the deluxe king room which had a sofa bed(??) that can Actl sleep another person 🤣 there’s also a small dining table & every basic amenity you would need. there was also a balcony but we didn’t really utilise it bc there were no chairs outside LOL. And the best part??? They have a bidet 🙏🙏🙏🙏 but one slightly 👎🏼 part is that the floor is not carpeted BUUUt they have bedroom slippers which makes up for it 
vibes wise we celebrated NYE there, they had a dj & it was q vibes……. but ofc w older people 😁 my bf also told them that it was our anniversary (it wasn’t) and they decorated our room w the towel swans & a tart!!! which was so sweet & cute although the choc of the tart tasted cheap af…. 😅😅 But still so sweet of them???? & the next day they also left us gingerbread cookies! 
LOOOVED staying here & it’s also q affordable with it being about sgd 130++ per night for 2! ps don’t mind the messy room in the pics bc I forgot to take when we first entered 🤣

I thought of it this morning and made a reservation. (I wanted to go to the beach and need 3 more nights this year until titanium status.) Checked in in the evening. Simple, spacious and comfortable. Too bad the espresso machine that used to be in all rooms is gone. We received a free welcome drink coupon and an ice cream coupon for the kids. The beer and coffee at this hotel are good. Premier King Room 10 minutes drive from the beach and water theme park. Weekend mornings and evenings there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the beach (you can go to the Westin's private beach). Maverick Loh, General Manager said: “The most notable things about this hotel are: 1) it is a brand with 4-star international standards; 2) it works with the local community; and 3) it is part of the Marriott Bonvoy Group, which consists of 30 brands of hotels around the world, making it easy to earn points and get benefits.” A simple but relaxing hotel with good sense. Room rates are reasonable, starting from RM242 per room. The rooms are spacious and have a resort feel to them despite being in the town area. All rooms have a terrace and coffee machine. I like here so much ! The hotel is family friendly with free rental fee floating rings at the swimming pool, Games room available by reservation, Planetarium and tent in the family room. “The Mesh” is an all-day dining restaurant with indoor seating and a terrace next to the pool, serving artisan coffee, craft beers and big portions of local and western cuisine. They have free shuttle bus every 30min to Beach on weekends, so I enjoyed morning walk at Westin’s private beach. Room size is big. Price is affordable. International class hospitality. So when I want to stay around RM200-400 per night in Desaru, I will choose here every time. During Chinese New Year term, they have Buffet dinner (Buy 1 Free 1 !). Clean and Spacious Hotel @ Desaru

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time. Amenities: - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the balcony. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. Food Choices: - The food offered during breakfast at their hotel restaurant has a wide variety of choices. - There are many eateries around the area. However, if you were to grabfood after 9pm, it will be very limited. McDonald’s & KFC are not within the delivery area. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. Service: - We arrived at 12.50pm to check in & was surprised that we were able to even though the standard check-in timing is at 3pm. - Room service are quite swift. Having Iftar with lovely place

This hotel is very nice place! Price is affordable and worth it. I came here for iftar. There are a lot of variety Food and all are delicious.. the lamb is juicy. I love their satey and chicken rendang. staff also well trained. Would definitely come again with family. I would recommend this place to my friend and other family members.
