The hotel offers a free upgrade to a lake-view corner suite, which is very comfortable and 73 square meters in size. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Qiandeng Lake. Foshan Marriott Hotel 🤞About the location It is near Qiandeng Lake in Foshan, but it is a certain distance from the subway station. The nearest subway station is Financial High-Tech Zone Station, which is 1km away on foot. If you take a taxi, it will be much more convenient at Longxi Station (you can't get a taxi at Financial Station during rush hour, and you have to take a detour, the travel time is basically the same as at Longxi Station). It takes about 20+ minutes to take a taxi to Zumiao. 🤞About the room It's the standard Marriott, with a total of 40 floors. There are two Marriott hotels here, the lobby on the first floor is Courtyard, and the lobby on the second floor is Marriott. The staff are all very nice, but the pillows made me very uncomfortable to sleep on😭 (the buckwheat pillow has a very low buckwheat content, and the latex pillow is very flat). Got upgraded to a suite room spanning over 100sqm, with a living room and separate walk in wardrobe. Amenities in the room weee of luxurious quality and you can find almost any kind of food and beverages options within a 5 minutes walk around the hotel. Do give their Breakfast and Chinese restaurant a try and you won’t regret. Professional massage services are just a stone throw away and pamper yourself with a 2 hour massage after a day of walking and shopping. Gym and pool of the hotel is splendidly clean and quiet.
