The Fort Canning Tree Tunnel is one of the most popular spots for travelers visiting Singapore, offering a perfect location to capture stunning photographs of this unique and beautiful place. This underground photoshoot spot features a breathtaking spiral staircase that has become increasingly popular in recent years.
During our trip to Singapore, our goal was to capture memorable pictures at this renowned spot. Upon our first visit, just an hour before noon, we were met with an extensive queue of people eagerly waiting to take their photos. The line seemed endless, and we anticipated it would take hours to reach the front. Consequently, we decided to explore other attractions and return early the next morning.
Our decision proved successful. Returning around 7 AM, we found only a few people present, allowing us enough time to capture a lot cool photos. We highly recommend travelers to visit this famous spot early in the morning to avoid the crowds.
Finally, we obtained a collection of memorable pictures that will serve as precious reminders of our trip to Singapore.

Fort Canning Tree Tunnel
Singapore's most popular tree tunnel is another landmark that photography enthusiasts must not miss. It's really crowded, just as its reputation says. When we went, it was drizzling. At around 8:30 in the morning there, there were about 20 people in line. I recommend leaving about 1-2 hours to go to other spots, plus or minus.
Note: The exit next door is also beautiful. Don't forget to stop and take some pictures.
💡Things you should bring with you: a fan because it's really hot in the tunnel. It would be great if you could bring some snacks to eat while you wait, or just eat until you're full.
🩱Dress code: A long, brightly colored dress that you can climb on is recommended. With a wide-brimmed hat, it will be very impressive.
📍Location: Fort Canning Tree Tunnel, pin it on Google map.
🚎 We recommend taking bus no. 64, 139, 65, 175 to get off at the YMCA stop and walk 200m.
🚈 The closest MRT station is Dhoby Ghaut.
Walk another 400m.

It links Dhoby Ghaut to the park. when one looks up from the bottom of the staircase, one is greeted by an amazing world of lush greenery. It is a popular photo spot for tourists. you can take photos for free. It is a public park, but you have to wait in line to take photos for a long time. The Fort Canning Tree Tunnel was a hidden treasure I almost missed. Framed by lush greenery, the spiral staircase leading to the tunnel felt like a secret portal. The natural light streaming through the trees created a picture-perfect moment. It’s a spot where history and nature meet, offering a quiet pause in the heart of the bustling city.

Fort Canning Park
It is one of the largest parks in Singapore.
When we went in August, there was a small exhibition in the park. This is a very large park.
Because we couldn't find the tree tunnel that we intended to take pictures of,
We asked for directions many times, but now we can search for
'Fort Canning Tree Tunnel' in Google Maps.

Near Dhoby Ghaut Station, Exit B, only 5 minutes walk. Recommended to come in the morning. If you come at other times, the queue is very exciting. 😆😆#treetunnel

Highlight: The Fort Canning Tunnel is a beautiful and unique photo spot with its curved walkway and overhead trees. Even though we arrived around 8:00 AM, we found many people waiting to take pictures, which can be a bit frustrating if you are short on time. This tunnel is a beautiful place, but you should plan ahead if you hope to visit quickly.

Singapore Check in Network: Red Tree Cave, Fukangning Park, Fukangning Park is a natural oxygen bar covered with green plants and composed of many small parks. While taking photos in the pure green love Eden Garden, I encountered many passersby of all kinds, and there were also words of praise for each other! I really like the previous introduction of Garden A, and many sisters said that they waited in line for a long time, started in two hours in the daytime, and were prone to heatstroke. We arrived at the park at 1 pm and waited in line for forty minutes in the tree hole pefore it was our turn! And the queue passage is very stuffy and poorly ventilated. Everyone should consider whether to go or not based on the situation. Dress up: wear bright or pure colored clothes in full, and take a photo of the skirt is more important than the pants. Greenery spreads out above the spiral staircase, making it a popular photo spot🧡 When we went, there were 2-3 groups of people there📷 We went around 9 o'clock, but depending on the time of day, there may be more than 10 people lined up, so we may have been lucky✌️ (It seems to get busier in the afternoon) Add some excitement to your daily life:🌙 📍 Fort Canning Tree Tunnel📮 51 Canning Rise, Singapore 179872🚃 4 minutes walk from Dhoby Ghaut station

Just a short distance from Dhoby Ghaut Station in Singapore is the Fort Canning Tree Tunnel!
This is famous for the beautiful photos you can take from below, and although I went there before noon, there were already many people lined up to take photos! !
I didn't have time, so I gave up, but if you have the time, please give it a try ✨
The surrounding area is like a park, and there are many stairs and slopes, so it was hot and difficult to walk during the day, but it was great because I was able to see many plants that are not often seen in Japan ♪

Check in at popular tourist spots: Fort Canning@Singapore
Popular tree tunnel, a check-in point + photo spot in Singapore
I recommend coming in the morning, especially on weekdays. If you come late + on holidays, there will be a queue to take photos from the beginning of the tunnel🤣 Wait to take photos with the wall and then wait to take photos at this tunnel.
If you want to come and take photos here first, I recommend getting off at Dhoby Ghaut station, exit B, and cross over to see this tunnel. If you get off at other stations, you will walk through the park first. If you get off after 5 pm, the light will be quite dim (and there will be a lot of trees), so the photos will not be as sharp. The photos I posted were taken when I arrived at 5:30 pm. If you come here in the morning, you can walk to Orchard to shop. It is 1 tiring walk away.

The way to get there is not difficult at all. Take the MRT and get off at Dhoby Ghaut Station, exit B, look for the Park Mall building, follow the signs, and follow the signs. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the station.
We went at 15:00, so there were a lot of people waiting to take photos. We had to line up to take photos. But if you can't wait, taking photos on the walkway is also beautiful. But if you don't want to wait in line, I recommend coming in the morning. #fortcanningpark #singapore
