Forkers, a steakhouse in Wanchai's Walker Road, moved here after operating in To Kwa Wan for nearly 4 years. It reopened in September last year๐, and has attracted many people to come and eat in just nearly six months๐ฝ๏ธ. What is so attractive about them๐?
It turns out that the owner has an exclusive farm in southwest Spain, specializing in raising Spanish Iberian black pigs that are provided to restaurants. The preciousness is that these black pigs mainly eat acorns, which gives the pork a unique hazelnut aroma๐ฐ. With good ingredients, how can there be no good chefs? The restaurant's two chefs, one with Michelin honors and one from the hotel, guarantee you high-quality food there๐
