Style Cafe FINEPRINT
A very popular cafe in Sai Ying Pun, invite friends to brunch together, enjoy the food, while chatting, relax for two hours.
According to a friend, the owner has won the Australian Barista Competition and has his own roasted bean workshop in Hong Kong to personally blend the coffee beans. I didn't understand coffee, so I ordered a cold mocha, which tasted mellow and delicate, served with cheese toasted bread, too good to eat.
The sourdough bread is topped with a layer of sauce similar to cream cheese, and is dotted with lots of blueberry grains, which neutralizes the greasiness of the cream and is refreshing. I love this honey-sweet paired with refreshing fruit flavors that have the satisfaction of cream without being greasy.
The fruit is sweet and sour and rich in nutrients. The strawberries are fresh and tart; the blueberries are crisp and sweet, neutralizing the sourness of the strawberries. The figs were fresh and soft, and the banana slices were soft and drizzled with honey. Lay a layer of nuts on the bottom, dipped in sugar juice, slightly sweet and clear with a bit of bitterness, open the day's taste buds.
Address: 14 Second Street, Sai Ying Pun.
