Macao’s Michelin Two-Star Sichuan and Hunan Cuisine
Fengwei Ju, located in the StarWorld Hotel Macau, was awarded one Michelin star in 2016 and was upgraded to two stars in 2017. It has been awarded two stars for seven consecutive years until this year. Fengwei Ju is a Sichuan and Hunan restaurant. The chef often visits Sichuan, Hunan and other places to buy authentic peppercorns, chili peppers and other seasonings, and then incorporates precious ingredients commonly used in Cantonese cuisine. With the chef's skillful hands, he makes spicy Sichuan cuisine, sour and spicy Hunan cuisine and pasta.
Popular dishes include pork with garlic sauce, beef ribs with lotus sauce, boiled fish with sweet-scented osmanthus, spicy blood pork, and candied bananas, etc.
