2 days and 1 night unforgettable Niagara Falls trip ()
It is really necessary to visit Niagara Falls once in your life, because it is really worth it!
Day 1
Morning: Depart from Toronto Union Station and take the 9am GoTrain directly to Niagara Falls, enjoying the beautiful scenery of green trees and lakes along the way. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the hotel (DoubleTree Fallsview Resort by Hilton) and then take the wego bus to Table Rock.
1. Table Rock: Here you can see the whirlpool-like Horseshoe Falls and experience the power and magnificence of the waterfall up close. There is a restaurant (Table Rock House) in the visitor center where you can eat while watching the waterfall. There is also a Gelato ice cream shop on the first floor🍦.
2. Niagara City Cruise: Take a boat ride to experience the shock of the waters of Thor. When the cruise ship approaches the falls, you will get wet (raincoats are provided and slippers are recommended).
3. Take a walk and take photos by the waterfall: In the afternoon, the sun is good and you can basically see a rainbow, which is a good time to take photos📷.
4. Dinner: At Hot Lobster Dim Sum, a Chinese restaurant, we ordered a lobster set meal. Take another night boat ride in the evening. Niagara Falls is illuminated by colorful lights at night, creating a dreamy atmosphere. There will be a fireworks show at 10pm, with fireworks blooming over the waterfall, creating a spectacular visual feast.
Day 2
1. Tunnel + Power Station: Learn about the history, technological development and operation of the power station. Go through the tunnel to the back of the waterfall and feel the power and mist of the waterfall up close (the whole round trip takes a long time, so you can choose not to go).
2. Clifton Hill: There are many entertainment activities, suitable for various street photography. The whole street is colorful and childlike. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant Antica Pizzeria. We recommend Shrimp & Clam pasta and Prosciutto & Burrata Pizza🍕.
Afternoon: Take the 4pm GoTrain back to Toronto.
Witnessing the wonders of the world with your own eyes is an awe-inspiring experience that cannot be described in words. Hope you enjoy this unforgettable trip to Niagara Falls too!
