The sunset at Fairmont Orchid is truly amazing, and this hotel is very charming. We were very satisfied with our room, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone we met was lovely, and we also enjoyed all the food. The pool was perfect. This is a lovely hotel with a great location, and one of the few hotels with a beach.

[ThumbsUp]Hotel location The hotel is located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, with magnificent ocean views in front and lush tropical gardens in the back. The clear water also attracts sea turtles. [ThumbsUp] Hotel room 1. The hotel has 540 rooms, which are spacious and bright, and are not crowded at all for family travel. There is also a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. 2. The bathroom is made of marble tiles, the room is cleaned twice a day, and the sound insulation is also good. Le labo's toiletries are a kind of care for hair. [ThumbsUp]Hotels and Restaurants 1. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of food, and the breakfast dishes are rotated every three days. 2. Halekai restaurant offers a casual dining experience, while Orchid Court restaurant serves a buffet breakfast; Browns Beach House offers Hawaiian cuisine; and Norios Japanese Sushi Bar offers Japanese cuisine. [ThumbsUp]Hotel Facilities 1. The hotel has an awesome lagoon! Children can dig sand and play in the water, and adults can snorkel to their heart's content. There are many kinds of fish and turtles. At night, we saw manta rays swimming around the reef of the hotel. If adults dine in the hotel, children can enjoy kids meal for free~ 2. The hotel's swimming pool and beach are very suitable for parent-child activities. Most of the pool is about 3.5 feet deep, and the beach temperature is slightly lower than the pool, which is suitable for beginners to learn snorkeling. 3. The spa is in a small cottage by the sea, facing the sea, with the sea breeze blowing, it is so comfortable! 4. There are free outdoor yoga classes every morning. 5. The hotel also has 10 tennis courts, a 36-hole golf course and a unique outdoor Hawaiian "wall-less hot spring". [ThumbsUp]Hotel Services 1. The rooms were very luxurious and comfortable, with balconies providing splendid views of the surrounding nature 🏝️. Enjoy delicious meals at the resort's restaurants, which serve both local and international cuisine 🍽️. I loved relaxing by the pool and swimming at the hotel's private beach 🏖️. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making the service exceptional 😊. There were a variety of activities available, including nature exploration tours 🌿. It was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning to the Fairmont Orchid to enjoy more comfort and natural beauty.
