It is not recommended to visit Quebec in winter. You can't sit on the grass and enjoy the scenery like in TV dramas. The ground is covered with snow and it is cold. It is minus 20 degrees and the wind is strong. But if you go there on Christmas, you will really feel the Christmas atmosphere!
