The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of choices, and unlike some hotels that offer a lot of variety but you don’t want to pick them up and eat them all, and end up eating repetitive items. At the Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Taichung, you’ll want to pick up and eat every single item, and there’s no sense of just filling up the numbers! The most special thing is that there are freshly steamed dumplings. This is the only hotel breakfast I have seen that provides dumplings so far. It’s great!
