This spa is clean and hygienic, and has a very contemporary vibe mixed with some traditional design elements. Also easy to get to as located nearby the ferry terminal from Singapore. Massage prices were reasonable and the staff there were very nice. The only thing is be prepared for only curtains to divide the spaces between your massage bed and the next. I was recommended by online reviews about this massage salon and I was not disappointed! The booking was done online a week before I reached Batam and it was very simple. They even accepted PayNow which is the most popular mode of payment for Singaporeans. This place is conveniently located besides Batam’s best shopping mall, Grand Mall Batam. Upon entering the salon, I was politely greeted by the staffs. The reception was clean and neat. I was ushered to the massage area which was a floor above the reception. The area was clean and comfortable. I had a 90 minutes massage and it was the most comfortable massage I have ever tried in Singapore, JB and surely in BATAM! And the best thing was I only paid a third of what you will normally pay in Singapore! Chanced upon Eska Spa when we were in the shopping mall and had some time to spare right before our ferry departure. The couple room is so awesome. It comes with the sea view while u can enjoy urself, immersing in the moment. there's also packages that includes hotel stay and more. we got the 1.5hrs massage as we would be rushing for our ferry right after the massage. hot ginger tea n some tiny cakes were given after the massage as well, and the tea is good!

Signed up with eska in 2019 for the cashback, paid 4 million rupiah with cashback 800k, instead of 2 million with 300k rupiah. Utilise it and balance 2 mil plus prior to covid. Let friend to use the balance in Dec 2022, hence balance of 1.98 mil rupiah ~ SGD 180+ ~usd 134 Came on 28 Apr 2023. After 2 years no travelling due to covid. And when tried to use the balance credit, was told that it expired. No effort to contact and update either through WhatsApp, sms or even email to notify the expiry information. 1 staff blurred out that expiry on may 2023,but another staff said end Mar 2023... Think mainly they just want you to sign another credit package. Not even bother to try to compensate on the balance credit. And the timeline not very far off, 31 Mar to 28 Apr... And without even notification sent. Please avoid at all cost as it seems like they want sign on package only instead of providing good service. There's other hair salon, massage nearby with better services. Eska, shame on your practice in business. Really sad with how things turned out after covid. Maybe they just want to cover the loss during covid by eating whatever balance package you have..
