for business trip. service was just brilliant. staff are warm and helpful and super polite. the bellman recognised me and waited for me at the hotel gate. check in was quick. cleaning staff came up twice to ask whether need any cleaning up. they gave me many extra bottles of water upon my request.

#klinsider The main reason I choose this hotel to stay in is because of the magnificent view. During my stay, the covid restriction was tight, so I could not enjoy the spectacular view from Sky 51, the rooftop bar. But I still could catch a glimpse of the beauty of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from my window, day and night. We ordered meals through in-room dining for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent and presented in hot meal condition, which is a plus for me. I like the bathroom with a bathtub with a glass wall, and the bathtub is pretty big. Room is very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice view of kl city. Bathtub and toilet was very enjoyable together with bath salts ! The roof top bar, Blue, is a great place to catch some of KL's best live music acts. The venue is intimate and cosy. On top of that you get to see one of the best panoramic view of the city.

The best hotel in KL EQ . Met many normal staffs working there but were professionals and courteous in their everyday dealings with my family .

It is a very unique hotel, that really catch my eye. It’s wide and thin. Inside is very beautiful and classy. There’s a very fancy floor which serve Fine Dine at 51th floor…wow, it’s amazing and very high standard too. I hope that there’s a chance for me to stay 1 night in this hotel. Definitely, will come again for my next meal at their famous Japanese restaurant.

The ambience was elegant and comfortable, and the food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The standout was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and responsive, especially Azmie, the In-room Dining Manager who made us feel incredibly welcomed and even prepared a hot cappuccino for me.
