They are sweet enough to click pictures too. I also liked the nice views here. It was a nice activity for tourists. I highly recommend it. They also sing and do karaoke and the people here are so nice and welcoming to the tourists. I loved the hospitality of the guides here. They are so entertaining and endearing.

These round boats, woven from bamboo, have been used by local fishermen for centuries, and experiencing it firsthand was a true highlight of our visit. We headed to the village of **Cam Thanh**, just a short drive from Hoi An’s ancient town around 15 minutes, where we were greeted with warm smiles and enthusiasm from the local guides. As we stepped into the basket boat, we couldn't help but marvel at its simple yet ingenious design. Gliding through the calm waters of the Nipa palm forest, we were surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. As we floated along, he demonstrated traditional fishing techniques, showing us how to cast a net into the water—a fascinating skill passed down through generations. The experience was more than just sightseeing. It was interactive and fun, with our guide even letting us try our hand at rowing the boat. The boatman couldn't speak English, but he made an effort to communicate using gestures and went out of his way to help us take photos. Cam Thanh Village is about 3 kilometers southeast of Hoi An Old Town. The village has a large palm forest. The villagers have developed handicrafts into basket boats for tourists to sit on. The boats are 2 people per boat. They slowly float through the canals until they reach the cove. They will rotate and play loud music, both Thai and Korean songs, to please tourists. It is a fun experience. I recommend you try it. #Water activities

Come as early as you can because it very hot here but the tour does provide an umbrella and Vietnamese local hat to wear. During my ride, the lady is become our boatwomen even they speak very limited English but they keep their smiling and very friendly whenever ask to take picture together. Very smooth journey and really enjoy the experience riding on basket boat that were made from bamboo along the 7 acre coconut farm. In the middle, may see there is few photo spot with different shape such heart, moon etc. The photographer offer to take picture of us on different photo spot and If interested may ask them to print it on the spot with cost only around 70,000 vietnam dong. Do tried to do spinning together with the boat man and it cost around 100,000 vietnam dong and leave us feel dizzy but fun. Before end the tour, the lady take us to enjoy watching local do karaoke (singing) session on the boat and some fishers man doing demonstration on how they do the spread the fishing net. #thingstodo Here in the village of Vietnam, you will be able to visit the coconut candy factory as well as try out the foods that the village has to offer. It is an educational trip to find out more about their manufacturing process and how they have transformed the coconut fruit into the candy form. I also purchased a few packets of coconut candy and gave it as a gift to my friends and family members. They tasted very sweet but it was very tasty too. If you are in Vietnam , do visit their candy factory which is more than two hours drive from the city.
