Historic buildings
The former site of Duan Qirui's government was originally called Iron Lion Hutong. In the Qing Dynasty, there were three mansions here: Prince He's Mansion in the east, Belle Feisu Mansion in the middle, and Princess Hejing Mansion in the west. The predecessor of He Prince's Mansion was Bei Ziyun Mansion. In the eleventh year of Yongzheng (1733), Sejong's fifth son, Hongzhou, was rebuilt into the Prince's House. Belle Feisu House was the residence of Prince Gong, Chang Ying, in the early Qing Dynasty. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, all the buildings in the two palaces were demolished, and three groups of brick and wood structures were rebuilt: the main building in the middle was a European classical gray brick building, and there was a building in the east, west and north. On the evening of October 21, 2009, the gate of the former site of Duan Qirui's government was hit by a car.
