[2025 Shenzhen Stay] Travel Guide for Dream Park Hotel (Nantou Ancient City Subway Station, Nanshan Science and Technology Park) (Updated Jun)

This time I chose a duplex suite in a building. A deposit of 100 is required for each room before check-in, which will be returned after checking out. The room is equipped with a refrigerator (not cold), sofa and table, TV, washing machine, two pairs of slippers, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and toiletries. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas (but water seepage is still serious). The second floor is the bed. It is not recommended for people who are too tall to live there because they may hit their heads, although there are anti-collision strips. The hotel apartment is next to the Polka Music Club.

The room has the simple in-style that I like very much. It is very spacious, very clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell. It is much more beautiful than the photos. I was amazed as soon as I opened the door. The internal facilities are complete and beautiful, and the overall layout and color make people feel warm and comfortable. Suifeng at the front desk is very polite and the experience is very good. The location is very close to Nantou Ancient Town! Will stay here again next time.

The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, the room environment is good 👍, the room is on the stairs, and it is close to the Shenzhen Metro 🚇 station with convenient transportation. Getting There - by train: its on Green line, Taoyuan station or if you want, a comfortable didi ride that will cost 48rmb (from Shixia,Futian) Attractions - Nantou Walled city is just across the apartment, Nantou Ancient museum is just 100m away, Zhongshan park is nearby too Food & Restaurants - Fast food chains are everywhere. Mc Donalds, KFC to name a few, coffee shops on every corner, and a lot of local restaurants Affordable luxury indeed. The rental is called RENHENG DREAMPARK APARTMENTS just outside the Nantou Ancient city in Nanshan. These sets of apartments for rent are modernly designed. Clean lines. Bathroom black fix are really high~end. Even the tiles and floors. They offer those normal double bed rooms and those loft~type rooms like the one i booked. Well ventilated. Smells good. I must say, i'm really impressed. Affordable rates ranging from 180rmb to 350rmb.
