Dough Bros is definitely my favorite pizza. There was only a shop in Hong Kong Island before, but now there is a branch in Lok Fu. I bought two boxes to take home🍕 The pizza sourdough crust is really high quality, smoky and elastic. The shop has an open kitchen, where you can see the staff kneading it all by hand, so it tastes very chewy!
