Kuala Lumpur Hotels: Kid-Friendly Hotels with Children's Water Parks
🏨 DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside
🏨This was the first time I've stayed at a DoubleTree that I wasn't completely satisfied with. The reasons are:
1) Check-in took a very long time because there was only one person at the counter (and the same was true for check-out).
2) This place is really big, with many wings (many buildings). The rooms are not easy to find, and there are thick carpets everywhere, so it's quite difficult to drag your luggage around. It was a rather miserable experience.
3) The breakfast was really not good. There were many choices, but overall, neither the Malay nor the Western food tasted very good.
4) The pillows were too soft, making it difficult to sleep.
✈️Since I was going to the airport the next day, I thought I would stay at a Hilton that was a little closer to the airport (but it's still a 30–45 minute drive).
👍There are still some advantages: the rooms are large and relatively clean, and you can connect your phone to the TV in the room via Bluetooth to watch movies.
🏠I think this place is more suitable for families with children, as there is a mini children's water park.
⚠️There are no restaurants or convenience stores in the vicinity, so if you come here, you should expect to spend your time at the hotel. There is no food available unless you order room service or bring your own snacks.
