Kasugaban, how long has it been since you had a good meal of Japanese food? !
✅The Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou "opens" the all-day restaurant and officially kicks off the "Spring Freshness and Japanese Food Delights" Japanese Food Festival themed buffet✅
We welcome the beautiful spring with rich styles and delicious Japanese cuisine with a strong oriental atmosphere. The bougainvillea blooming outside the restaurant's large floor-to-ceiling windows also adds a unique charm to this food festival. The flowers intertwined with light pink and soft white are like a dreamy flower waterfall, attracting everyone to come and check in and take photos. Through the window, you can enjoy this romantic spring scenery.
The "Kai" full-time restaurant and kitchen team have carefully prepared and presented a series of surprises for everyone. The attractive rosé wine was served first as a welcome wine. Under the light, the wine looked as soft and beautiful as cherry blossoms blooming in spring. Take a sip, and the fruity aroma of the wine and the fresh breath of spring intertwine on the tip of your tongue. The rich fruity aroma and smooth taste instantly awaken our taste buds and create a wonderful opening atmosphere for this food journey.
Executive Chef Deng, of course, brought us surprises! The exquisitely shaped fish carvings and sashimi platters, the chefs use superb knife skills to carve the fresh golden fish into a phoenix-shaped work of art, paired with a variety of colorful sashimi, is like a double feast for the eyes and taste. Among them, the salmon sashimi from the Faroe Islands has clear texture and melts in the mouth; the bluefin tuna has firm meat and overflowing fatty aroma. The delicate taste and rich flavor allow people to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the deep sea gift; the New Zealand lobster has plump meat and crystal clear meat. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste instantly spreads on the tip of your tongue, as if wrapped in the freshness and purity of the New Zealand waters, with a long aftertaste that is endless aftertaste.
Also worth mentioning is the tempura. Under the baptism of hot oil, the tempura becomes golden and crispy. The thin batter locks in the moisture and freshness of the ingredients. Paired with a special sauce, when you take a bite, the "crunch" sound spreads in your mouth along with the delicious taste. Before the aroma of tempura fades away, the sushi platter also makes its debut. The tuna sushi is fresh and refreshing, and the grilled eel sushi has a slightly charred skin due to the blowtorch, and is paired with soft and glutinous rice, which has rich layers of flavor.
It is said that the buffet menu throughout the food festival is equally good. Nearly 10 kinds of carefully selected delicious sashimi are freshly supplied daily, including the slightly sour vinegar herring, the chewy deep-sea giant octopus, and the sweet black tiger prawns, each with a unique taste. The secret Japanese wasabi octopus is a perfect combination of the spiciness of wasabi and the chewiness of octopus, while the sea grapes are like fish roe full of the flavor of the ocean, bursting in your mouth.
There are also grilled king crab stick sushi, red shrimp sushi, etc. The rich variety will definitely satisfy the taste buds of every sushi lover. There are also plump, freshly opened drunken oysters (delivered with dinner), which taste extremely delicious; Japanese Okonomiyaki, which perfectly combines vegetables, meat and batter, and is paired with special sauces and bonito flakes, full of rich Osaka flavor; salt-grilled saury, the fish body is grilled until golden, the skin is crispy, and the inside is tender, squeezed with a little lemon juice to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance, fully demonstrating Japanese cuisine's respect for the original taste of the ingredients.
The dessert area also offers many Japanese delicacies that are not to be missed. The Nagasaki cake is dense and soft, exuding a rich milky aroma; the Matcha red bean Dorayaki has a soft crust and sweet filling, and the freshness of matcha and the sweetness of red beans complement each other; the cherry blossom-shaped cookies are exquisite and small in shape. With a light bite, the crispness of the biscuits and the elegant cherry blossom aroma spread between the teeth; the Japanese coconut egg white has a light cloud-like taste, and the coconut fragrance and the sweet egg white blend perfectly, adding a different sweetness and freshness to this food journey!
