Uncountable steps up the mountain lead you to a newly renovated wall (similar in style to the Great Wall). From there each new bend of the path will open a new view onto the city, mountains, cliffs and the river.
This place has it all - beautiful and atmospheric temples, wide and unforgettable open views from the mountain-tops, a legend about the Black Ox, long, winding stairs and more!
It took us 4 hours to walk up and come back down again (including time for gazing and photos, but with minimum rest).
I would recommend going during the work week when there are less people there.

It's very convenient to drive from the city, and vehicles can be parked directly in the parking lot at the foot of the mountain.
There are two routes for you to choose from when walking up the mountain. The entrance is the same, the left path is steeper, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The right side is under the shade of trees, and the steps are relatively gentle. I recommend going up the mountain from the left and down from the right, the whole journey takes about two to three hours.
The scenery here is very good, standing on the Great Wall, you can overlook the entire Qidu. The beautiful scenery and comfortable environment here will definitely make you linger. Remember to bring your camera and leave your beautiful memories!
