A Michelin-starred dessert shop that looks like a work of art: DOLCE TACUBO
While walking from Daikanyama to Ebisu Station, I was unexpectedly attracted by a bakery with a unique shape. It looked like a hollow wooden frame embedded in a white wall, which made me want to take a few more glances. When I checked Google Map, I found out that it was a Michelin dessert shop "DOLCE TACUBO" famous for #Financier!
Driven by curiosity, I went in to take a look. It is fashionable, minimalist and high-end. At first glance, I thought it was a famous brand boutique. It is so beautiful! The cake counter is filled with #financier, #canele, #chou a la cream, as well as traditional French shortbread #sable, #pudding, and #gelato, which look like art. Arranged like fine products!
We ordered Financier, Cannoli and hot Americano. The prices for each item were not cheap and they were packed for take-out, so we enjoyed them at the small table on the terrace outside the store. The freshly baked fiorentina is warm, soft, moist and delicious, while the cannoli is rich in layers and full of fragrance. Both have mature flavors that only adults can understand.
