We have been working all week, plus there has been heavy rain and traffic jams recently. Many people must be starting to feel tired, exhausted, and have body aches. This time, I would like to review a good spa that should help you relax. DIORA is a spa with many branches in the city center. I tried the Asoke branch. The spa is located near MRT Phetchaburi, easy to walk to. Or if you come from Asoke, it is convenient. The building is beautifully decorated from the entrance. This spa has many treatments to choose from. And it is the first time I have tried a hot stone spa, so I can't help but tell you about it. There are many treatments at DIORA that I have mentioned. This time, my friends and I chose two of their famous ones to try. Let's start with the signature 'Organic Aromatherapy Oil with Hot Stone' (relaxing massage with essential oils and hot stones) that I tried. It is a massage that balances the body. First, we will choose the scent of essential oils that we like from 1 of 6 scents. There is a sheet for us to choose the area that we want to focus on especially (I chose the neck and shoulders because sitting in front of the computer for a long time makes me tired). The staff will take you to wash your feet before going to the massage room. It starts with a warm-up massage with oil. Gradually move from the back, then use hot stones to place on the points and massage along the lines. Feel the hot tingling, smoothing the lines very well. From lying face down to lying on your back and ending with sitting to massage the points you want to focus on. Another one that is no less popular is '100% Pure Oil massage with fresh Herbal Ball', which is a pure oil massage and herbal compresses with herbal compresses (here, fresh herbs are used, different from other places). And we can also choose the points we want to focus on for massage as well. We had a 120-minute massage and came out feeling very light. And I have to compliment the staff who are lovely and very polite. Anyone who is tired from work and wants to relax their lines comfortably, come and try it.
