A few minutes walk from the old Din Tai Fung store near Dongmen Station, at the intersection of Minsheng Road, there is a newly opened store, which is several stories high. The store is much larger than the old store, and the new store can be queued online. Tickets, you can also check the waiting status in the app which is very convenient👍 Of course, Din Tai Fung's food is guaranteed and of high quality. Every food is very attractive🤩, and the waiters are considerate. It really attracts many tourists to come to this restaurant. Although we had to wait for about 40 minutes to be seated that day☺️, it was worth it. Of course I have to eat xiaolongbao when I come here. I usually choose the original version. The quality is still very good and I still eat it well😋. There are also egg fried rice, dim sum, steamed buns (custard dumplings with custard dumplings👍)...all are very good. Eat😋, although the wait for a seat may take a long time, it is well worth it. The whole family has a good meal, and the store now also accepts credit cards💳👍 for payment.

There is a waiting line, so it is perfect to wait, see the observatory, and come down to eat. The menu is diverse and the staff is friendly.

Din Tai Fung's steamed cakes are really delicious, very fluffy and soft, and not too sweet. The red oil vegetable and meat wontons are also super delicious 😋. Truffle fried rice is a matter of personal preference. I think it's best to eat it while it's steaming hot. You must add chili 🌶️👍👍👍

#wheretogo we are the fans of Din Tai Fung especially the xiao long bao & chicken soup. finally got the chance to visit the original Din Tai Fung in Taipei. xiao long bao is Taiwanese soup dumpling in Taiwan. and also is one of the best dumpling that I have ever tried . the restaurant has become a hot tourist spot, full of people waiting outside the restaurant to be seated . their staff are well trained and speak in different language. although the shop is very busy but their there are tip top . we have waited 30 mins for our turn, warm welcome by the waiter when you step inside the restaurant . the food was excellent and perfect . one of the best food in Taiwan. you should try , it’s recommended 👍🏻 #awesomepic #deliciousfood #taipei #dintaifung #taiwan

We braved the queue and dined at DTF because why not? They use virtual queuing system so you can walk around the mall while waiting. I recommend going at odd hours as the queue is less but still relatively crowded. Staffs there were attentive and polite. 💯 hospitality! We ordered soup dumplings, dumplings in chili oil, fried rice with pork cutlet and steamed custard bun. My personal favourite would be the dumplings in chili oil.
