Hawaii! Here I come!

I finally realized my dream and traveled to Hawaii. The beautiful scenery and atmosphere here are simply amazing and left me in awe. I took a morning flight to Hawaii and it welcomed me with open arms, putting me in a great mood. The temperature in Hawaii is warm, which makes me feel like I'm saying goodbye to the cold. When I arrived at the hotel, the warm welcome I received was unbelievable. The gorgeous flower lei and wonderful music made me feel like an important VIP. During my stay, I visited every corner of the island of Hawaii. I went to the famous Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. When I stood at the top of the mountain, I was surrounded by beautiful scenery, and a peaceful feeling made me feel very comfortable. I also went to the Big Island and saw active volcanoes and colorful coral reefs, which left a deep impression on me. I also tried the local cuisine, and my favorites are Hawaiian barbecue and lobster. I learned to enjoy traditional Hawaiian beach walks, listening to the waves crashing on the shore and smelling the summer scent of the sea. It's an incredible feeling. I truly love Hawaii, where there are beautiful natural landscapes, delicious food, and friendly people. This trip was the happiest time of my life, and I look forward to coming back here one day, exploring this wonderful place like a child once again.

Diamond head, Hawaii hike

Did the Diamond Head in Hawaii hike. Started early and took about 2 hours and total distance about 2.5km. Most of the path is paved and you just have to follow the signs and there are also benches along the way for resting. You can get a stunning shoreline view and get to know a rich history of it. This crater was created about 300k years ago by a single eruption. Here is also US’s first military reservation and the site has tunnels, batteries, anti-aircraft weapons and National Guard emergency operations centre, some of these installations remain till today. The hike a good form of exercise and worth the effort if you visit Hawaii.

Diamond Head Crater park

Perfect one-day trip in Honolulu! The Diamond Head Crater, or Lē’ahi, is a volcanic cone located few minutes from Waikiki beach in Oahu. This crater is part of a system of cones and vents, known as Honolulu volcanic series, much younger that the Ko’olau range. This crater was the first military reservation in Hawaii, named Fort Ruger. Since 1986, has been a highly visited natural landmark. You need to book in advance to enter the park area, and only access is through the tunnel. Within the park, it’s a very short hike (~20 minutes), but the view totally worth it. Pineapple 🍍 Cafe

On your way to Le’ahi park you can enjoy the Aloha Pineapple Cafe. This cute coffee shop is located in Monsarrat Avenue, same street to Diamond Head Crater Park. Iced coffee during a hot afternoon was a delight. Ambience is nice, service also good. One of the few places that offers free wifi in Honolulu. During my trip to Hawaii, my favorite was the coconut ice coffee. Honolulu Hawaii can be very expensive but totally worth it to visit! It's a tropical paradise and can be a great place to live. Spending early summer in Honolulu is just beyond amazing! Nothing is even comparable. Diamond head is a must go if you only have a few days here, an easy trail to hike, for 7 years old Thomas and even for me, who was 38 weeks pregnant in the picture. View from summit is so breathtaking that we completely were amazed by the creator of nature beauty. You have to visit Hawaii at least once in your lifetime, for me, it will never be enough.

#2024wish This hike phenomenal! Even the drive to reach this place is fantastic. There is a look out just before the tunnel it’s beautiful, driving thru the tunnel is also amazing with white lights. The views after reaching the top is amazing. One side is the city view and the other side is the ocean view it’s amazing. Definitely recommend this hike if you are in Honolulu. Reservations are required and do make the reservation in advance as there is a limit for number of people for the hike.
