[2025 Sapporo ] Travel Guide for Daiwa House Premist Dome (Updated Jul)

In the outer corridor of the dome, there is an exhibition space with autographs of artists who have performed at Sapporo Dome, uniforms of the Fighters and the Japanese national baseball and soccer teams, and other sports that have been held there. Sapporo Dome opened in 2001! Since its opening, it has been the home stadium of the soccer team Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo. In 2004, it also became the home stadium of professional baseball, welcoming the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, making it a rare home stadium for two professional teams, soccer and baseball! An unused field is set up next to the stadium, and the field is switched over electronically on the day of use or the day before. #CherryBlossom2024 I was curious about where professional soccer and baseball games would be held in Sapporo City, so I looked it up and went. To get there, get off at Sapporo Metro Fukuzumi Station. And if you take exit 3, you will see Sapporo Dome Stadium. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is also a tour where you can see the inside, so have a nice trip. Thank you~

I went to watch Consadole's home game at Sapporo Dome!! It was the Red and Black Festival that day, and there were tickets to give away, so there were a lot of people there! They won the game, and I had fun cheering them on. #QuintessaCampaign

One of the joys of watching sports like soccer or baseball is eating while watching. On the day I went to watch the game, there were lots of food trucks there! And it was a cheap day, with beer being half price. So I enjoyed watching the game. There were permanent shops, and some stall-like shops near the seats. #QuintessaCampaign

I went to the Red and Black Festival, which was held at a Consadole Sapporo home game! It was held at the Sapporo Dome, and they had events that you don't usually see at games, and there were presents too, so I made sure to get some. I don't usually get to go, so it's nice to have an event that kids can enjoy too. The kids looked happy when they got some sparkly stickers. #QuintessaCampaign

This year, baseball games will be moved from the Sapporo Dome to another dome. The Sapporo Dome has supported the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters games for many years. It will be used for soccer games in the future, but if you're a baseball fan, we recommend you visit it this year.
