Recommended 2-day, 1-night course for those in their 20s!
I'm going to share a short 2-day, 1-night trip to Gyeongju!
I arrived in the afternoon on the first day and had lunch first.
I ate fusion food with a strong Hanok atmosphere (Photo 4)
Then I walked along Hwangridan-gil!
Hwangridan-gil sells famous foods such as Hwangnam Jjondgi and 10-won bread.
Then I went to a cafe called "Tart Eo."
They sell tarts in various shapes representing Gyeongju, such as Cheomseongdae. (Photo 3) is the view from Tart Eo Cafe. Isn't it incredibly pretty?
Then I went to Daereungwon. It's a distance that you can easily walk around.
Daereungwon has a photo zone where you can take pictures that you can see a lot on Instagram. However, the line is incredibly long. (Photo 1) It was worth the wait because you can take pretty pictures whether you're a couple or alone. Even though the weather wasn't good, I got some pretty, green pictures!
❣️I was worried that I would get bored while waiting for the Daereungwon photo zone, but the other side of the waiting line was so green that I could take personal photos while waiting, so here's a tip!!>3< (Photo 2)
After fully enjoying Daereungwon, we walked for about 15 minutes and arrived at Cheomseongdae! I went in September, so the sunflowers were really in full bloom. (Photo 5) I heard that you can enjoy "Pink Muhly" in October!!! After a while, the sun set and I could see the lights come on at Cheomseongdae. (Photo 6)
We could have gone to see Donggung and Wolji here, but since we are a couple with weak stamina, we decided to go for Hwangnam Bibimbap instead.
I chose Galbi Bibimbap because I had Yukhoe Bibimbap for lunch, and it was a choice I don't regret! (Photo 7)
And we booked a hanok pension called Gyeongju Neungnam 20,
so we enjoyed the hanok!! (Photo 8)
The next day, I had a schedule, so I went to Singyeongju Station and finished my trip!
⚠️Things to know when going to Gyeongju
Taxi fares in Gyeongju are very expensive. So, it would be good to check the departure interval carefully before going. It was a 7-minute drive from Singyeongju Station to my accommodation, but I paid more than 13,000 won!! Since taxi fares are expensive, check with your accommodation for a pick-up service and don't just take a taxi because it's close!
Make sure to use the pick-up service ♥! #Gyeongju #Cheomseongdae #GyeongjuHotPlace #CoupleTravel #HwangridanGilRestaurants #CoupleDate
