I have visited this museum several times and have always been impressed by the exhibitions on display. It only costs a few thousand won to get into the special exhibitions, which is very affordable compared to similar galleries in London, England. The artists are usually Korean, but they do have international artists. There is a place to eat and a cafe. I really like the secluded location. It is far from the center of Daegu, the art gallery provides a free shuttle to the nearest subway station, which is nice! #daegu #Daeguartmuseum

I went to Daegu Gansong Art Museum to see Shin Yun-bok's Portrait of a Beauty. Since I went there at 4 o'clock on Sunday, there were a lot of people, and I had to wait in line for 10 or 20 minutes to see the popular works. Although the waiting time was long, it was a new feeling to see the works I had only seen in textbooks in front of my eyes.
