The noodles were chewy and soft, and went well with the broth. The pajeon was crispy and savory, and the inside was moist and delicious. In particular, the combination of kalguksu and pajeon went so well together that I was very satisfied with one meal. It was a taste that let me feel the fresh ingredients of Daebudo.
