[4-Day Da Nang, Vietnam Tour] Slow down and enjoy the scenery.
"The greatest benefit of travel is not seeing many people or beautiful scenery, but walking and suddenly getting to know yourself again in an encounter."
Vietnam seems to be the last stop for most people with limited travel expenses in Southeast Asia. In my past narrow cognition, poverty, chaos, and barbarism seem to be its labels, but when I really came to Da Nang, Vietnam, I seemed to find something more important than the label, that is, inner peace.
The first day's itinerary was arranged in the Camellia Peninsula, Pink Church, Hoi An Ancient City and My Khe Beach.
1 Camellia Peninsula
The Camellia Peninsula is famous for its giant Guanyin, primitive trees and Confucian culture. Guanyin stands tall, facing the sea, overlooking the world, and everything grows wildly under it.
Guanyin and temples are more endowed with the meaning of "guard" in the traditional sense of "town". It seems to be guarding a territory while "wind and rain are smooth", and also carefully guarding the existence of every small object in the all-inclusive.
For me who is walking at this moment, it seems to be moisturizing my dry soul invisibly.
2 Pink Church
The church was painted a lovely pink. Although it has been polished by the years and lost its past glory, when you walk in, you can still feel the French romance of the colonial period. The towering church and rows of stone benches seem to be able to imagine the scene of happy people completing the ceremony here. Thinking about it, the hot afternoon time seems to become extremely lazy and comfortable.
3 Hoi An Ancient City
This is where Zheng He stopped seven times in the Western Ocean. Although the port has been discontinued, the remaining ancient city seems to be still telling us the past history in its own way.
The dark-skinned, short Vietnamese vendors wear bamboo hats and sell goods and services to tourists in Vietnamese that they don't understand, or special fruits, food or handicrafts; Da Nang girls wearing local Ao Dai costumes wander the streets; Da Nang old women wearing bamboo hats sit on the roadside to sell local cakes; all people meet in this ancient city for a thousand years, feeling the warmth of the years.
4 My Khe Beach
My Khe Beach is one of the six most beautiful beaches in the world. The 600-meter coastline is long enough for people to enjoy the sea breeze while running wildly on the beach.
I almost go to the beach every year when I travel. Sometimes I am happy and sometimes I am upset, but the sea seems to have some kind of magic power. It can equally accommodate all restless souls, let the sea breeze blow away all thoughts, and only leave a relaxed soul.
Banana Mountain
On the second day, with romantic imagination, we took the cable car up to Banana Mountain. The original forest under our feet was lush and fascinating, and we secretly hoped to see the figure of a giant animal.
After experiencing the temperature of ice and fire, at the junction of sunlight and thick fog, I seemed to see a miracle. The body quickly responded, the pores contracted, and the tinnitus became more and more intense. I expected more surprises.
When I got off the cable car, the thick fog and low temperature of 10 degrees on the top of the mountain quickly wrapped us. With excitement, we walked on the Internet celebrity check-in place-the Buddha's Hand Golden Bridge. The bridge body is graceful like a dragon, leading people forward slowly. In the thick fog that can't be opened, the Buddha's hand is looming. Only the giant hand firmly supports the bridge body. People stay on the bridge and take countless group photos. Try to leave a miracle.
The castle group is the residence of French colonists in history. It was once related to tragic war history such as war, disaster, and refugees, which is awe-inspiring. However, now, the wise and brave people of Da Nang have unloaded its heavy historical burden and turned it into an indispensable part. They have completely preserved the castle and continue to enrich it, hoping to get more wealth.
Shuttle through the winery, glimpse the ancient winemaking civilization of the French manor in every old wine barrel; under the guidance of the bell, we walked up a mountain road, saw an elegant tea room in the desolation, and people walked in leisurely. Going up, there are ancient Chinese pagodas and temples. There are no monks here, no business opportunities, only devout believers.
I stood in the temple and looked at the French castle. There was no inner turmoil and too many thoughts, only a calm and calm heart.
The people of Da Nang seem to live indecently, and even a bit of poor sourness, but they seem to enjoy life more than we do. Perhaps this is related to factors such as history, politics, economy, and living environment. I think it depends more on their inherent beliefs.
Once a person has faith, he has the courage to face the ups and downs of life and the confidence to slow down and live with his heart. In comparison, we are all in a hurry now, afraid that we can't keep up with our peers, and we can be fast. But life that is exhausted will not make us happy.

I visited the representative photo zone that you can't miss on your DaNang travel course, DaNang Cathedral (aka Pink Cathedral).
There's really nothing else to see at the Pink Cathedral, but it's all just a pink cathedral, so the pictures come out pretty, so I recommend stopping by and taking pictures.
The color of the Pink Cathedral itself is like pastel pink, which is my taste, and the colors in the pictures are pretty too.
I went on a trip with my mom, and it was fun taking pictures here and there with her.
It is said that DaNang Cathedral was built during the French occupation in 1923.
📍 The address is
156 Tran Phu Street, Hai Chau 1 Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang Vietnam
DaNang Cathedral is very close to Han Market, DaNang's representative market, so I recommend going on the course together!

Da Nang Cathedral - Da Nang, Vietnam
This neo-gothic cathedral is considered one of the most beautiful Catholic churches in Vietnam due to its amazing architectural features. Located on Tran Phu Street in Da Nang, the Da Nang Cathedral is the only church in Da Nang which was built during the French Colonial Rule in Vietnam.
The cathedral really makes a big impression with its appearance - a building in delicate pink tones, colorful stained-glass windows, a high octagonal bell tower with a weather vane in the form of a traditional rooster on top. Because of this weather vane, the locals call the cathedral the Rooster Church.
Address: Danang Cathedral, Đường Trần Phú, Hải Châu I, Hải Châu District, Da Nang, Vietnam.

Counting the most indispensable punching spots in Da Nang, you must first count this pink Da Nang Cathedral. The girls heart-shaped building caused a large and beautiful fairy to come to the card.
Dangang Cathedral is located in the downtown area of Da Nang City, so eating around it is basically the highest price in Da Nang. The suburbs sell 2-3 million bowls of Vietnamese powder, which may cost 50,000-60,000 yuan.
Dangang Cathedral is very close to the river bank, and you can find many dessert shops that eat coconut milk along the river. Or riding a motorcycle to travel between cities is also a good way to travel.

Da Nang Pink Cathedral
Da Nang Cathedral, which began construction in 1923, is a typical medieval Gothic-style Catholic church. It is the only Catholic church in Da Nang city, designed and built by Father Louis during the French colonial period.
Because of the rooster weather vane on the cross at the top of the tower, it is also known as the Rooster Church. The bright pink and white tones have kept this church architecturally vibrant for nearly a century. The Gothic spire design, combined with French romantic and fresh lace decorations, has created a Catholic church that blends ancient and fashionable styles.
Above the main hall of the church stands a relief of the Crucifixion of Jesus, with five arched doors below and two corridors on each side. There are tall statues of Jesus on both sides. Behind the main hall is a small statue of the Virgin Mary and a prayer area. The overall layout of the church is simple and orderly.
Time: Monday to Saturday 8:00-11:30 13:30-16:30
Tickets: Free. Recommended to visit in the early morning as there are more people in the afternoon.

The Gothic Charm of the Pink Church: A Complete Guide and Photography Tips for Da Nang Cathedral.
Da Nang Cathedral, also known as the Sacred Heart Cathedral, is a building with historical and cultural value.
Built in 1924, it is a Gothic-style building left over from the French colonial period and is the largest church in Da Nang. The unique Gothic architectural style and the rooster weather vane on the spire have earned it the nickname 'Rooster Church' (Nhà thờ Con Gà). Additionally, its pink exterior has led to it being called the 'Pink Church'.
Photography Tips:
It is recommended to wear dark-colored clothing to create a striking contrast, or choose light colors for a different style. Since the church has no shade, it is advisable to avoid the midday sun to prevent overly harsh lighting in your photos. The church is open until 4:30 PM daily, so be sure to arrive early.

The Da Nang Cathedral, also known as the pink cathedral, is the only church built during the colonial period. It was built in year 1923 and the only French colonial structure still standing in the city of Da Nang. It attracts many tourists due to its pink and Gothic structure. [Da Nang] Recommended Banh Mi restaurant 'I Love Banh Mi' next to Han Market!!!
#Da Nang #Restaurant #Banh Mi #Han Market
Address: 100 D. Tran Phú, Hai Chau 1, Hai Chau, Da Nang 550000 Vietnam
Atmosphere/Key Points: I recommend the Banh Mi restaurant 'I Love Banh Mi' next to Han Market in Da Nang. Banh Mi consists of special, egg, bulgogi, and seasoned chicken banh mi, and they sell drinks and alcohol. It is a Korean restaurant, so more than 90% of the customers are Korean. The air conditioning is cool, and there are terrace seats on the 2nd floor. Pink Cathedral and Kong Cafe 2nd branch are located within a 10-minute walk, so I recommend visiting when you are sightseeing in Da Nang. The turnover rate is fast, so the seats are comfortable to use, so there are quite a few people who visit with their carriers before checking in at the hotel. I recommend the Banmi restaurant 'I Love Banmi'^^
