Nice place to visit, nice greenery nice restaurants not very crowded. Highly recommended

I visited a while back but it was a gorgeous place it’s very big with tons to do but I didn’t take nearly enough pictures to emulate that. It’s only a maximum 10 minute walk from the Cutty Sark DLR station, you will spot it quite easily as the entrance has huge statues of anchors, so it’s quite hard to miss. It is FREE entry 🌟 but they might ask for a donation which is optional. The museum itself is quite big and very lovely, kids will enjoy this part greatly as they had children specific areas as well as an entire floor reenacting a ship with huge fans and such.

Beautiful ship with lots of history — imagine sailing in it from Europe to Asia just to get some tea and then back again! Had a great time with the boys, who loved climbing into the sailors’ sleeping quarters and pretending that they lived in there.. even though it was so cramped!! What a wonderful place! Definitely heading back to Greenwich again to explore the area.

#londontrip Checked out the greenwich market and cutty sark caught out eyes from far due to its sheer size. Decided to check it out and from aboard, you can get views of the sea and surroundings. suggest getting audio book as well so you can hear about the history of what this ship went through. They tried to control improvised means downwind, and the ship nevertheless reached the shores of Britain. Now in the museum you can see both cabins and holds with transported goods.
