11/30-12/04 Five-day tour of Kyushu, Japan
Recommended itinerary
Day 1: At noon, take EVA Air flight BR-120 from Kaohsiung International Airport to Fukuoka International Airport, the gateway to Kyushu, the third largest island in Japan.
Day 2: Visit Yufuin Art Town, Kinlin Lake Forest Trail, and take the JR Scenic Railway Yufuin-no-Mori Train (Hita Station→Yufuin).
Day 3: Take the Beppu Aerial Ropeway to visit the Kikuchi Valley, the White Torii Gate, and Daikanbo Peak.
Day 4: Visit Takachiho Gorge, Sakura-no-Baba, Josaien, Sakura-no-Koji, and go to Kumamoto Castle (Upper Keep). You can go to the Kumamoto Shimodori Shopping Street on your own. It is the largest arched shopping street in western Japan, where you can enjoy shopping and delicious food.
Day 5: Visit Daxingshan Temple, go to the duty-free shop and LaLaport shopping center to buy duty-free goods and souvenirs, then take EVA Air flight BR-119 back to Kaohsiung, ending the five-day trip to Kyushu, Japan.

1. Kinlin Lake: It is the most famous lake in Yufuin and a popular attraction in Yufuin Onsen.
2. Yufuin Forest Train: This forest villa-style train is carefully designed and built by JR Kyushu. It has a unique retro and European appearance and elegant interior. The dark green body represents the forest, and the moss green velvet seats are full of European style and exude elegance and maturity.
3. Beppu Ropeway: It is the largest cable car in Kyushu, accommodating 101 people and reaching an altitude of 1,300 meters in just ten minutes.
4. Takachiho Gorge: A Mysterious Spot in Miyazaki Prefecture
It is a valley formed by the eruption of Mount Aso long ago.
5. Kumamoto Shimotsuke Shopping Street: Kumamoto City has the largest shopping street in western Japan, and Shimotsuke in the city center is the largest arched shopping street in Kumamoto.
