The guests here are mostly families and business travelers, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very classy. 👑From the moment you enter the lobby, you are invited to sit down while checking in (the front desk staff's English pronunciation is excellent, which is a relief from the typical Japanese English...🥹). I stayed in a bay view room on the 20th floor, which had a sofa and lounge chair in front of the bed, perfect for enjoying the view of the harbor and park. 🛀The toiletries are Byredo, and I got to use a 27D hairdryer that I wouldn't splurge on myself, haha😂. 🏊The pool is on the 29th floor and is very beautiful, with white columns and sky-blue floor-to-ceiling windows, giving it a sacred feel. Unfortunately, as a non-swimmer🦆, I didn't go for a swim. The restaurant features live music and has huge floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view. 🛏During turndown service, umbrellas and clothes are neatly folded. The only downside is that the wifi is charged🥲. Overall, the hotel is excellent and offers great value for a luxury hotel. It provides good privacy, attracts high-quality guests, and offers a fantastic experience.💕

If convenience is what you're after, then Conrad Tokyo in Ginza is a great choice, and the rooms are relatively large. If you're a member, you can also upgrade your room at a more favorable price, and breakfast is free! If there's a restaurant you'd like to go to, you can have the front desk make a reservation for you, the overall service is good! The breakfast venue on the executive floor offers a better view! In the evening, you can have a drink at the hotel's bar, where there's a different performance every night. Although there were some issues in between, they were all resolved in the end. All in all, Conrad is a good choice.

A bit old but clean . Impressive that no one helps with the big luggage . Location is average, ten minutes walk to the station . No upgrade for diamond but late check out available, which I don't need . The teddy bear seems different from the previous years, and like in Korea, they are small size . Rooms are spacious, the building view is not memorable, bottled water from Japan . Not much to eat during happy hour, but the drinks are very good and not entry-level, first time seeing Hendricks, also whiskey/gin/plum wine all have separate Japanese brands, sake is also available but red and white wines are ordinary . For breakfast, there's a long queue, the main restaurant and lounge offer surprisingly limited variety of food, there are a la carte options like lobster omelet, the salmon is tasty
