Mindanao offer this beautiful scenery . Located in Impasugong Bukidnon. A four hour and half hours drive from Davao City. Communal Ranch is owned and operated by the Local government. An entrance fee of less than 50.00 pesos is collected at the designated entrance area. A 30 minutes motorbike ride from in extra payment are the following Cowboy hat 50.00 pesos horse rude 250.00 pesos for few minutes walk and the exclusive area tour take a photo and ride to horse for less than 10 minutes is 50.00 as well. You can spend the entire day in communal ranch but that means the motorbike driver will stay with you as well. They will literally wait for you. Lovers lane is a free entry sight located just 30 minutes from communal ranch. It's called lover lane because of the the mountain facing each other. Total time spent in lovers lane is less than an hour. Breathtaking is an understatement to describe this beautiful place. The cool breeze and mountain backdrop - perfect combination for a relaxing day. You can bring your own mat and food for a picnic. There are no tables available except for the mini canteen. I was staying in Seda Centrio when I was in CDO and asked the concierge to arrange transportation for me. You will be dropped off first at the tourism office and pay an entrance fee of Php20. From the tourism office, you can either rent a habal habal or a 4x4. I opt for the 4x4, which is priced at Php250, back and forth. It was another 20 minute bumpy ride. On the way to communal ranch, you can ask the driver to stop by Lovers Lane which is also another good photo spot. There are not much food options in the area so you can bring some snacks with you but just make sure that you bring some plastic bag for the trash. This side trip is a perfect place to unwind, connect with nature and just disconnect from the world. There is no signal in the area so all you can do is take pictures or read a book. There are horses around but they suspend riding the horses due to some accident that happened couple weeks ago. I don't know how long is the suspension but nevertheless, I enjoyed my time at Communal Ranch.
