[2025 Colombo Attraction] Travel Guide for Colombo Port City Beach (Updated Mar)

#beachvacation Although I grew up in a province surrounded by Indian ocean 🌊 on two sides with the second longest shore in the world 🌍, there's always one hesitation in going to the beach 🏖️ which is getting into the beach clothes 😁 As I ain't someone with such nice beach body, going to this urban beach during my Sri Lanka visit was totally worth it. You may still get down to the 🪨 rocky places and have fun there in the water though. Resonating with the common beach ⛱️ scenes in the south east Asia, there are lot of small shops setup in van 🚚 with nice delicacies to enjoy 🍦 I'd also applaud the effort in making this place very neat and decent for families to enjoy!! #tripblazers#urbanexplorer#ukcreator #colombo

#celebrateit Colombo port city beach is a nice place for spending time. You can just walk there or sit in one of the cafes or even run because there special running roads there as well. The infrastructure is surprisingly good, we didn’t expect to see such a nice place there. The beach is very clean and sand is shining under the sun when you are drinking your juice in one of the cafe facing the sea.
