There are some activities for entertainment, e.g. bicycle rentals, and stalls selling drinks and food. There has no entrance fee. It is located within the vicinity of Marina square development on a reclaimed land on the beachfront. To be clear, this place already existed for a long time like more than 10 years. Recently with proper training and lots of new attractions have led to this place to be very popular among all likes of people in Miri. First of all, there is a beautiful and magnificent tradition Dayak building here, the crafting and wood carving of the building is simply marvellous. The builder brought in famous traditional wood carvers and use best of timber wood to built this landmark. Simple gorgeous. There is also a sea horse structure built here, possibly the largest in Miri, to symbolise the mascot of Miri. Good spot for selfie. The sunset view here is so beautiful and it attracts a lot of people here to have a walk about and enjoy so activities such as biking and picnics here. Strongly Recommended.

#malaysiatrip Recently I went to Miri and visited this place in the evening. It was really good. The breeze was cool and the vibe of the place was just soothing. We enjoyed the sunset over the south china sea which is beautiful. Light live music, a good crowd, it is a nice place to spend some quality time with friends and family.This is another must visit attraction in Miri. Limited parking especially during weekends. Many food stall for your quick snack. During my visit there's dinosaur exhibition outside the main building. So entertaining and informative at the same time. At the main building usually a venue for exhibition or artisan fair.

#hiddengems #wheretogo #vianasjourney Had a chance to explore more area in Miri today and went to this place called Coco Cabana, a well known place near the sea to enjoy sunset view. Few of local stalls open along the way, selling local foods such as grilled chicken wings, chicken skewer, banana fritters and some selection of drinks. Many seems to enjoy the food at the seaside where they have some area for sitting. No doubt it’s a nice spot to spend the evening with friends and families but I feel like the place should have been more well maintain eapecially for the buidling and other public facilities as the toilet.

Spent the day walking around miri and found coco cabana, reaching there just in time for the sunset. Awesome sight and coupled with some kids activities and make shift food stalls. Don't advise to drive there as the jam does get quite long during the evenings and you might miss the sunset! Decent snacks and foods to fill the stomach before walking back. Overall a great night.
