[Kyoto] Hidden Cafe CLAMP COFFEE SARASA
Clamp was originally the name of a tool used to fix wood to a workbench, and the name was chosen to express the desire to create a space that connects people.
The interior of the store was like a small factory, but somehow it had a comfortable atmosphere.
They roast carefully selected raw beans according to their origin and characteristics, and I could feel their commitment.
There are many other stores on the premises, so it seems fun to go around and check them out.
I went there just before closing time, so I didn't get to see the others, but I'd like to go next time.
