Walk along the river, start with the Buda palace, wander around the gardens & buildings for free or venture into the museums if you have the time! Street food KARAVÁN is a fun place to pick up some relaxed street food. Afternoon make your way to the city park with the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, just remember to take a towel & flip flops. It’s £20 off peak on the day & up to £38 if you book online in advance. The thermal baths & spa are amazing, remember to explore both sides of the indoor area, it’s much bigger than you think. Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺 is definitely a good choice if you are looking for a place where you can get perfect 📸 Just to share my itinerary to take picture around the city. We started our day by visiting the iconic Buda Castle. As we strolled through the cobblestone streets, the views overlooking the Danube River were incredible. The perfect time to visit is early in the morning around 8 AM, when the sun softly illuminates the city, creating breathtaking views for photographs. We explored the Castle District, taking in the stunning architecture and stopping to admire the majestic Matthias Church ⛪️ If you’re looking for the perfect shot 📸 , the Fisherman's Bastion nearby offers a panoramic view of the Pest side, especially stunning at sunrise or sunset. I would recommend climbing to the top of the dome for an unforgettable 360-degree view of Budapest. It's best to go in the late afternoon around 4 PM when the lighting for pictures is softer 📸 , highlighting the grandeur of the city. We visited it early in the morning, around 9 AM, before the crowds poured in. The Parliament building, especially from across the river, provides one of the most iconic shots of the city. The lighting at that time of day is perfect for pictures 📸 that capture the building’s intricate Gothic details. From there, we took a peaceful walk along the Danube Promenade, stopping by the Shoes on the Danube Bank, a moving memorial that we would recommend seeing around midday for some thought-provoking moments of reflection. The best time to go is in the morning around 8 AM, as it’s quieter and the light filtering through the steam makes for great pictures 📸 I would recommend walking through City Park afterward, where you can capture serene pictures at Vajdahunyad Castle 🏰 If you go closer to noon, the lighting adds a magical touch to the castle’s reflection in the water. Love Europe for its amazing architecture. So let’s start !!! Here is my short photo tour from Budapest , Hungary . I actually took “Big Bus tour” for two days and this was best idea , definitely take it at least for 2 days because you don’t wanna be in a hurry ,it was really very convenient and they showed us like best spots . So from picture 1-5: St.Stephen’s Basilica (better take the ticket that allows you to go right to the top , so you can have the complete look on Budapest) Then the bus will drive you through Andrassy Avenue where you also can find a lot of souvenirs shops amd some luxury brands shops and also places like Opera and House of terror . 6-9:Heroes square ( here I actually spent like almost 3 hours because I was ice skating and then also take a walk through old castle, where actually deep inside you also can go on a hot air balloon ride, but this was too cold for me ) , on this location you also can visit Art museum Then the bus will drive you through the whole city and show you great locations that I suggested you to visit such as New York cafe( amazing place for taking pictures, but be ready to wait in line ), great market hall (where you can buy souvenirs, eat local food picture 19-20) ,Váci street( try to visit some local restaurants and eat delicious Goulash soup pictures 17-18). 10-14:Castle garden and Budapest castle, where you also can ride the funicular, on the territory have some coffee shops and also history and art museums . 15-16: you can see the parliament building, actually when you are buying big bus tour they also offering you free boat ride and you can see Budapest from the Danube River. #historicallandmarks #familytrip #deliciousfood #budapest #budapestviews #hungary
