We went to see the endangered tarsiers (palm-sized spectacled monkeys) that only live on this island. The souvenir shop at the tarsiers sanctuary has a wide variety of items and is reasonably priced. It took about an hour by car from the pier to get to the Chocolate Hills. Bohol Island has a different atmosphere from Cebu Island. You can swim with whale sharks on this island, so it's a hidden gem that is recommended. There are fewer tourists than the famous Oslob.
