This exhibition hall, located next to the dragon-shaped water system in Beijing Olympic Park, officially opened on June 18, 2021. It is a public institution directly under the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee. The architectural design of the exhibition hall is full of meaning. The overall design is in the shape of a Chinese character "工", which means that the Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class. There are 28 columns on the east and west sides, symbolizing that it took 28 years for the Communist Party of China to establish the People's Republic of China. A 600-square-meter huge lacquer painting "Ode to the Great Wall" is displayed in the exhibition hall's lobby, vividly depicting the scene of the Great Wall winding through the mountains. The exhibition hall has a rich collection of cultural relics, with 4,548 pieces (sets) of cultural relics on permanent display, including 420 original national first-class cultural relics. Visitors can experience the 100-year struggle of the Communist Party of China on the 3,400-meter exhibition line, with major historical events from the founding of the Party, the Agrarian Revolution, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the War of Liberation, to the founding of New China and reform and opening up, all displayed before their eyes. The Exhibition Hall of the History of the Communist Party of China is located near the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube, adjacent to the Arts and Crafts Museum (separated by only one fence, with visible entrances). It opened on the centenary of the founding of the Party and has now become a pilgrimage site for the Chinese people. The five groups of outdoor sculptures are magnificent, and due to team entry, I only photographed a portion of them. The sculptures in each exhibition hall inside the museum feature representative figures and scenes, showcasing great artistry and emotional impact.

The rare good weather in the capital city, just too hot, drove to the museum located on Beichen East Road, north of the Olympic Park. You can park your car in the underground parking lot of Tian Tian Zhong Ying Hui, which has four levels and plenty of parking spaces. Take the elevator up, come out from the sunken plaza, and you'll immediately see the Party History Museum nearby. It's best to scan a QR code in advance or on-site to make a reservation, and bring your ID card to speed up the entry process, though the reservation QR code is also recognized. At ten o'clock, there were still twenty or thirty people queuing up at the entrance waiting for the security check to get in. The security staff let people in batches, and it was quite fast. You can bring a small bag but not large luggage, and there is a luggage storage service for tourists from other places at the entrance. Once inside, it immediately becomes cool and pleasant. Despite the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, there were no organized group visits, but there were still quite a few visitors, families with elderly and children, young and old couples, all learning about the Party's history, which is very good. It must be praised that not only is the exhibition on a grand scale with detailed images and data, but also the service facilities are excellent. There are rest areas in the middle of each floor with seats, water dispensers, trash bins, and clean restrooms, where people can rest and have a snack. It's a great place to visit in the summer. There are 28 round columns on the east and west sides of the museum, symbolizing the 28 years of bloody struggle by the Chinese Communist Party to establish the People's Republic of China. On the square, the large party flag sculpture 'The Flag' profoundly reflects that the flag is the direction, the flag is the strength.
