Shanghai Pan-Fried Buns, located right across from Tai Cheong Bakery, was a hidden restaurant that I discovered by chance during my trip to Hong Kong. The fried dumplings sold in the small shop are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and you will be amazed when you take a bite. The meat inside is light and salty without any gamey smell, so you can enjoy it until the end. The combination of crispiness and juicy meat was really great when you eat it freshly baked. There are few tables, but you can also take it out, so it is perfect for a snack or a meal. It is near a tourist attraction, so it is good for a quick stop, and it is the best combination when you eat it together with Tai Cheong Bakery. It has a simple but strong taste, and it is a store that I definitely want to visit again next time.
