|This museum is worth a visit. It was hard to get a ticket even on weekdays when it opened two years ago. I finally had time to visit this year. 💞 🎈: The main entrance is at Exit B of Shilidian Metro Station. 🎟️: CNY 20 online reservation There are six exhibition halls in total, two on each floor. I personally like the Mineral Resources Exhibition on the first floor (p3-p5) and the Colorful Life Hall on the third floor (p10-p17). The crystal lovers will be amazed by the mineral resources exhibition, and the biological and environmental models in the Colorful Life Hall are very realistic and beautiful. 🌸 The second floor is mainly about dinosaurs. I didn't stay long because I don't know much about dinosaurs. There are many kinds of dinosaurs from Sichuan and Chongqing. I was amazed by the exhibition. 🍁 Latest stamp guide: 9 stamps in the cultural and creative store on the first floor, 6 stamps in the cultural and creative store on the second floor, and 7 stamps in the cultural and creative store at the entrance of the cinema on the second floor. Some stamps have a lot of ink, so be careful not to press too hard, or the stamp will be smudged. The stamps here are much better than those in Chengdu Museum. 😃 It may take 2-3 hours to visit the museum. There are many students on weekdays, and you can listen to the explanations. For example, the treasure of the museum on P2 (I heard it is worth hundreds of millions, but I don't know if it is true). There may be more children on weekends. When I lived in Chengdu I wanted to visit a dinosaur museum which was in Zigong, a different city in Sichuan province but on my last visit to Chengdu, I found a museum which had the history of dinosaurs and I was so happy. Chengdu Natural History Museum and The Museum of Chengdu University of Technology is located on line 8 Shilidian and it’s amazing. On the 2nd floor of the museum it introduces you to how dinosaurs lived, their types and even get to see how big they were. Its really fascinating. History says most of these dinosaurs were found in Asia and other parts of the world.
