Chefchaouen in Morocco is mind blowing❤️

For the blue of Morocco, Chefchaouen has been conquered millions of times. Chefchaouen is a delicate and beautiful mountain city in the northwest of Morocco. Escaping leisurely into this place, stepping on the fine and irregular cobblestone road, with eyes full of white and blue, and a refreshing ocean breeze, this place doesn't seem like a small town in the North, like a small island in the upside down Mediterranean. The National Geographic magazine once commented that the Moroccan town, including the winding streets of Shavan, is covered in a dreamy blue. Unlike the orderly blue and white of Santorini, when Shefshawan's overwhelming blue, fearless and powerful, yet extremely harmonious, attacks you, the legends about it all appear so pale. It is said that the town was painted blue initially to prevent mosquitoes. Then, people painted the door panels, steps, stairs, window sills, flower racks, mailbox, and all other visible areas blue from the starting point, and blue color became a part of life here. Except for the blue of Shawan, none of them are a uniform blue. Prussian blue, navy blue, lake blue, sky blue, and other blue colors include blue, dark blue, light blue, and pink blue All kinds of blue colors freely open up in the Shena Desert, and every stop at every street corner seems to be surrounded by endless blue. Except for those residents of Shawan who believe that "blue" represents "sky" and "heaven". Living here is like strolling in the sky and imagining what she looks like in heaven, and the long steps seem like steps to heaven. Some people say that besides those Shawan, also known as Cat City, you can see the number of cats and the attitude of local people who love cats. Strolling through the alleys of Shefshawan, you can see cats leisurely strolling in the alleys or lying on deep blue steps, daydreaming, or watching passersby rushing by anytime and anywhere. The time in the small town is slow and quiet. If a slow breathing history allows everyone who arrives to have a period of "Blue Dream" time.

The best sunset viewing point at Bouzafer Mosque
This is the point where we can see the whole city of Chefchaouen. The houses, doors, windows, and even the walkways here are painted blue because of the religious belief that blue or navy blue is the color of the gods. This makes it look like an underwater world located on a hill with a view surrounded by beautiful nature. Plus, the city is clean and tidy, just like the name "Pearl of Morocco". #Morocco #Chefchaoune

Lost in the blue maze of Chefchaouen. Every corner reveals a new shade, every alley whispers ancient stories. Wanderlust takes flight as I wander through these cerulean streets, capturing moments that defy time. The sun-kissed walls, the scent of spices, and the distant call to prayer—it’s all here, etched into my soul. Morocco, you’ve woven your magic around me. 💙🇲🇦 #ChefchaouenDreams #TravelDiaries #BluePearlCity” 📸✨#Chefchaouen

Medina Of Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen, the blue city, the number 1 popular tourist destination in Morocco. A super chill and cute city where you can take pictures to show off on social media from any angle.
In addition to religious beliefs, there is also a funny belief here that painting blue will repel mosquitoes! 🦟😄 I don't know if it's true, but I didn't see any mosquitoes, only blind cats. 😿
