#hatyaitrip 📍Cheevit Cheeva, Hatyai One of the most OG café in Hatyai city would be the famous Cheevit Cheeva. Lovely and cozy café to visit while in Hatyai! The café is huge, with several seating areas, including both indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seatings. They offer mostly desserts and drinks, both coffee and non caffeine beverages. It was not too crowded during our visit as we were there as soon as they are open. Love the bingsu, served in great and cute presentation, very instagrammable. Love that the entire store is Instagrammable with great lighting, would definitely revisit this café in the future!

The bingsu (shaved ice) was soft and fluffy, an awesome thirst quencher for the weather in Thailand. Mangoes were sweet and fresh and this combination is just spot on! 🍡 Bean Dango. It’s a Japanese dessert that’s sort of like mochi. Chewy and ‘QQ’, love it! ☕️ Dirty Latte. Strong aroma of coffee w a hint of coconut taste. Recently visit Hatyai, it was a fun trip! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The weather was so hot and we decided to have this Thai 🇹🇭 Bingsu. Special dessert call Salted egg yolk Bua-Loi Bingsu. In Malaysia it cost RM35 for large size. In Hatyai, it cost 225bat. Cheevit Cheeva's salted egg Bingsu offers a delightful contrast—creamy, smooth snow ice melts effortlessly, while the rich, savory salted egg topping adds a bold, satisfying flavor, creating a perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Tucked away amidst lush greenery and minimalist decor, this serene cafe turned out to be the perfect retreat for my sweet tooth. It wasn’t just about desserts—it was a complete indulgence that I’ll be dreaming about for a long time. ✨ What I Tried:
1️⃣ Salted Egg Yolk Bualoi Bingsu: This was unlike anything I’ve had before—a refreshing mound of shaved ice adorned with vibrant Bualoi pearls, rich coconut cream, and just the right touch of salted egg yolk. The sweet and savory combination was out of this world! Every spoonful felt like an adventure for my taste buds.

Really yummy bingsu / kakigori kind of dessert cafe with very cute deco and the best part is their yummy dessert! Portion is big though, recommend to come with at least in pax of 3. Interior design is good, recommended to take insta worthy photos! #hatyai #cafe #instaworthy

We found this Cafe with nice seating and a relaxing garden and great tasty desert in Hat Yai, Thailand, the building is very instagramy all white. Melon bingsu is their signiture desert, we ordered choc cake and blue bingsu, there are three sizes if you are not a desert fan.
