The local night market in Hua Hin is very close to the city center and transportation is quite convenient.
The night market is not too big and it takes less than 20 minutes to visit the whole place.
There are shops and food stalls in the alleys or opposite the end.
The price is a bit higher than usual, but the selection is quite rich.

A long-standing roadside restaurant that has been open for decades.
As for Dong himself, he has been eating here for over 20 years.
Because it is next door to my house, Pa Lek's seafood is very fresh.
The price is not expensive and they give you the most, especially the crispy pork menu.
Pa Lek's crispy pork is very juicy.
If anyone comes to visit Hua Hin, try to stop by Pa Lek's restaurant.
Dong often creates unique menus for Pa Lek and the menu that Thong is the only one who orders is crispy pork + stir-fried shrimp with curry paste, topped with an omelet. Another menu that you should try is crispy pork + stir-fried chicken liver with oyster sauce and pounded chili. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
