A Pleasantly Less Crowded Beach
I am an outdoor person, constantly seeking the sun, sand and sea and if there's a beach that I would recommend that is both lovely and less crowded, it would definitely be Changi Beach Park.
Changi Beach park is pleasant as it is not overly packed with people. There are proper designated bike path and paths for people who wish to just jog or stroll along the beach. There is ample space and you dont have to squeeze with others on the pathways. You can see people having picnics nearby the beach and also spot people doing some sea sports in the water. The beach is calming and relaxing. Do, however, wear covered shoes in the intestinal zone as you may step on certain sea creatures such as the biscuit sea star and get yourself hurt. The beach is also well equipped with toilets nearby and shelters as well.

Seaside Cycling At Changi Bay Point
Just further down of Changi Beach park is a picturesque cycling route via the Changi bay point park connector. You can see cyclists happily cycling and enjoying the beautiful seaside views. The cycling paths are wide and spacious and there are cycling bridges and sea facing benches for you to take a break and take pictures. Look above you and you can even spot the frequent airplanes flying across the sky. There are areas with pretty flowers and tall lalang grass as well, spots for you to admire. If you need to seek shelter or take a sit, then cycle to the Changi bay point pavilion where there's a vending machine to get some drinks too. The views are unblocked and it's the best place to see the sunset or sunrise. Try this cycling trail today at the Changi bay point!

Changi Bay Point & Changi Beach
Changi Bay Point sits along the Changi Bay Park Connector. It's a small segment that spans about 3km. Hence, popular ways to get there is either via cycling or taking the public transport. We were informed that the sun rise from this spot is beautiful. As we are not much of early bird, we found this location dreamy even without the sun rise.
After you've worked out at an appetite and plan to head straight to Changi Village for delicious local food fare, do make a trip to Changi Beach. We spotted a sculpture of a hand and saw commercial planes flying close to the beach.

Beautiful Changi Beach Park
Situated at the eastern park of Singapore near Changi Village Food Centre is the scenic and beautiful Changi Beach Park.
The park is beaming with activities with visitors camping, playing sports, taking strolling, picking sea shells on the beach or simply lazing around to unwind. The park is also residence to many wild 'friends' such as chickens and otters family roaming freely in the parking.
Come visit this beautiful park and enjoy the scenic beach and flora and fauna. Dont forget to mingle with our 'friends' and catch a sumptuous meal at Changi Village Food Centre.

Highlights:
A great place to spend peaceful time with family. You can see aeroplanes flying over because the beach is very near to Changi Airport. A long stretch of breakwaters to relax on, while watching the waves hit against the rocks. It is less crowded than the popular East Coast and Sentosa. Best if you would like to have some quiet time listening to the waves.
There are many eateries around this place, some people packed food from Changi Village Hawker Centre nearby and have picnic by the beach. Good for cycling, there are park connectors, long route that leads to the newly opened Changi Bay Point. Along the way you'll see Changi Village and SAF Ferry Terminal.

An afternoon in Changi baech
Getting There - By car or bus or taxi
Attractions - The view, breeze and food
Food & Restaurants - Changi Village food court
Changi beach is a place to go with your family and your love ones. It's a place to visit if you want to have a picnic or exercise or take a walk down the beach or watch the sunrise or sunset. A good time to go is during the weekdays and there are not much people. The one thing I really like to do is take a walk from my house to changi village and my favourite "commando dessert and a cup of soya bean" and head to the beach to sit down to hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the breeze. 🌄🌅🏖

I am glad to see how Changi Beach has transformed itself over the decades to become a place for families and friends to chill out over the weekends and public holidays. Here, you can watch planes landing at Changi International Airport. You can enjoy the tranquil beachfront. Children playing. Friends having a picnic. However, be warned that it can get crowded with many visitors coming here to unwind. Changi Beach is still beautiful!

The ultimate of Changi Village
I would recommend to you Changi Beach If you want to feel the nature and calm. They have white sands and moderately a distance from the coast line.
Furthermore you can see the aeroplane just above you which is going to descend at the nearby runway. It's really dynamics🛬✨️
Changi Village hawker centre. A wide range of local delicacies with reasonable price. Multi races kind of foods and it's definitely mouth watering. Nice eating environment and it's clean

📝 Singapore Travelogue part30: Changi Beach Park 📝
🌊🌊🌊🌊
I spent more than half of my days in Singapore watching the sea. Compared to the touristy Sentosa or East Coast, I prefer the less crowded Changi Beach Park. The biggest feature here is the ability to watch airplanes because the park is right next to the airport, and there's a plane flying overhead every 10 minutes or so. You can take great photos of the airplanes.
✈️✈️✈️✈️
Speaking of the scenery alone, this place is also unbeatable. Beach waves, yachts at sunset, everything that should be here is here, and it's also less crowded. It's perfect for a stroll or to space out after a meal.

Changi Beach Park
#singaporetrip Changi Beach Park is an absolute gem that offers a superb blend of natural beauty and recreational opportunities. Nestled along the eastern coast of Singapore, this park is a haven for both locals and tourists alike.
One of the park's standout features is its pristine sandy shoreline, which stretches for miles, inviting visitors to take leisurely strolls or simply soak up the sun. The tranquil waters of the South China Sea are perfect for swimming and water sports, making it an ideal spot for beach enthusiasts.
Nature lovers will appreciate the lush greenery that lines the park, creating a serene atmosphere for picnics and family gatherings. The casuarina trees provide ample shade, making it a delightful spot for relaxation even on the sunniest of days.
Cycling enthusiasts can explore the park's well-maintained cycling paths, which offer stunning views of the coastline and a refreshing breeze off the sea. Plus, there are plenty of rental options available for those who don't have their own bikes.
History buffs will find interest in the World War II memorial plaque, which commemorates Changi Beach's significance during that period.
Changi Beach Park is not just a daytime destination; it comes alive at night as well, with barbecue pits and camping facilities available for those who wish to have a delightful outdoor evening.
In summary, Changi Beach Park is a superb retreat that seamlessly combines natural beauty, recreational activities, and historical significance. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or simply a picturesque escape, this park has it all, making it a must-visit destination in Singapore.
Also you can experience that plane landing to the changi airport in every minutes...😘😘

Before coming to Singapore, the children had already made their plans early, and watching planes at Changi Beach Park was a must-do item on their list
As an international hub, Singapore sees many planes coming and going from the north and the south, making it a real paradise for those who love airplanes.
To get there, we took the rail transit near the hotel and then switched to a bus, arriving at three in the afternoon. Compared to other popular tourist spots, this place is very quiet, with only a few locals encountered occasionally and hardly any other tourists.
The beach park has walking paths and bike lanes, and the beach in the afternoon is very cool under the shade of the trees. The children opened their binoculars and from time to time checked the landing planes, of all sorts, and we were especially fortunate to see Singapore Airlines' A380.

I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Changi beach as it's so peaceful and beautiful on weekdays, but it can get crowded on the weekends.

Plane-Spotting at Changi Beach
What can you do at Changi beach that you cannot do at other beaches or parks in Singapore? Plane-spotting! Due to its proximity to the airport, Changi beach offers a skyline view with low-flying airplanes!
Visited Changi beach to watch the sunrise on a Sunday morning. Actually, we were not aware about the plane-spotting, we just saw one when we arrived by the shore. We decided to camp out at the area where the planes directly pass above us and just wait until the skies slowly light up. The view is amazing! After having our fill of plane-watching, other activities we did are walked by the beach, ate our breakfast and laid out on the grass to chill. We bought our breakfast from the Changi Village hawker center. This hawker center is big so you will not run out of choices. There’s a popular landmark/photo spot for cyclists in the area, the “Inscription of the Island”. It’s a hand sculpture with a finger pointing up at the sky. It feels out of place but still somehow works against the horizon.
If you want a change of scenery, head down to the changi beach, bring a mat and food with you as you’ll surely love the view.
