Jiahe Hot Springs ♨️ in Nanning

Getting There - 25min drive from Nanning city center (in Chinese 嘉和城温泉谷) Attractions - relaxing hot springs Hotels - Jiahe Hot Springs Valley Resort We have spent 6 hours in this wonderful place, jumping from one hot tub to another! The hot springs are located in the forest-like area, and it 's relaxing to walk around the resort. We saw some villas inside the resort and a big swimming pool, but I guess it's worth staying there during summer time, because in winter it's just too cold and there is not much you can do around that area. In January we saw some construction works in different parts of the resort, I believe in a few months time the hot springs will look even better. The entrance ticket was only 50rmb, but I guess it will be more expensive once they finish their construction works. Overall, it's a lovely expensive, don't miss out on it, if you're in Nanning! #staycation #hotsprings #nanning #nature #urbanexplorer

A short 30 minute drive from Nanning, in Guangxi Province leads you to Jiahe City Hot Spring Valley. Here you can relax all day for under 200RMB and be transported all around the world. Every area of the Hot Springs has a different theme. There are baths based on different geographical locations such as the nordic baths, Turkish baths, Japanese baths, and thai baths. Each of these areas not only follow the theme in decoration and ambiance; the hot springs themselves are also inspired by the hot springs of that location. For example in the Japanese area you can soak in cherry blossom baths, red wine baths or milk baths which are all popular in Japan. Entrance to this hot spring theme park includes all of the baths (some special ones have an extra small fee such as the fish exfoliation), saunas, and restaurants. You can also get a massage for an added price of about 150RMB for 45 minutes. We escaped the ordinary and found a little gem of a homestay✌️. Inside, there is not only an elegant bamboo courtyard🏡, but also a private hot spring♨️. Here, you can take great photos📷 The interior design is extremely warm and cozy, yet stylish. The 1.8m tatami, retro and fashionable ornaments, and the mottled sunlight pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows🌅, make every corner a perfect place to take photos! There are 30 unique hot spring pools, including Yao baths, flower and fruit baths, and herbal baths, as well as healing spas, saunas, karaoke rooms, chess rooms, and other leisure and entertainment venues. This is the best place to visit in Nanning. True story, I was in Xian at the world famous Huaqing Springs taking a picture and the guy next to me says to his wife, the best hot springs I've ever been to is in Nanning. Go here alone, with a date or your family it's the best. You need moderately warm temperature or you will be cold beween the pools, Its divided into several relaxing areas that have their own unique attractions, Thailand has a waterfall, Norway a sauna, China medicinal baths, Japan a rose bath and so on. The spa on top has lots of massage showers and bubbling chairs. There's a big pool with a basketball hoop and a wave pool that opens throughout the day. The onsite restaurant isn' great but it's a great value. They had a 10 yuan for 3 beer special for years. All payments are made by wrist band and then you settle up on your way out.
