It is located on the top of Black River Mountain in the central mountainous area of Mauritius. It is a dormant volcano🌋. The volcano crater is a round depression in the middle, surrounded by dense vegetation. As soon as we got off the car, the super fresh air came on, and the temperature was cool and pleasant.
