🌟Day 1 We took the Snow Country Train from Urumqi to Altay Station at around 6 o'clock in the morning, and chartered a car to Hemu (a 4-hour drive) and caught a beautiful sunrise on the way 🌅! It was noon when we arrived in Hemu, so we went to Heyu Mountain House near the B&B for lunch, and then went to Shanhai Guisu (the swings were really photogenic, but there might be a long queue if there were too many people) Just a few steps away is [鬲ge coffee], and [Natural House Shop] is also not far away, you can check in together. Then go to the [Sunset Observation Deck] and wait for the sunset around 17:30, after which it will be a beautiful blues moment. (⚠️This viewing platform is a small hill. You can climb up or take a snowmobile for 50/one way/car. Be sure to pay attention to safety when coming down and wear non-slip shoes!) ⬆️These places are all on the same line and can be reached on foot. [Bonfire Party] Just below the sunset viewing platform, the performance starts at around 19:30, and it will not be turned on until around 20:30 when someone bids for donations🔥 🌟Day 2 The sunrise time in Hemu is around 10:00 now, so you can go to the Hemu Observation Deck around 9:30 in the morning. It's quite far up, we took a horse-drawn sleigh up for 160/person; you can also go up on horseback or on foot. ⚠️It's really cold on the observation deck, so wear more clothes! After coming down, you will see the Hemu Bridge. A large area of ​​the river is frozen, and it is very beautiful when the sun shines down! The triangular windows and fireplace on the second floor of the cabin are also very beautiful, and there are also views outside that can be photographed. 🌟Day 3 We stayed at the Naked Hideaway Hotel, the same one as Yi Mengling's. Since the B&B had snow tires, we took them to the small hill opposite and had some fun. Still need to pay attention to safety, you need to choose a place with enough buffer distance and not too steep slope! We went to the [Yuanjiang Bridge] in the afternoon. I recommend the [Cezanne Art B&B] not far away. You can have afternoon tea there and take some photos there. 🌟Day 4 On the fourth day, we set off for the Jikepulin Ski Resort early in the morning. The ski resort started selling tickets at 10:00 in the morning and the cable car also opened at 10:00. If you don't ski, go to the East District and just buy the cable car ticket for 199/person. You need to buy a ski ticket for skiing, which includes the cable car. You can rent snow suits and equipment on site. The cable car reaches 2150 and needs to be transferred once to reach 2800 high. I caught the sunrise again and saw a red fox up close at the entrance of the Snow Mountain Cafe. You can go to the 2150 restaurant for meals. Hemu Accommodation Recommendation Location: Located in Hemu New Village. I'm glad I chose to stay in the new village, as the old village is really crowded! The homestay is a 2-minute walk from the river, where there are fewer people and it's nice to take photos and stroll around. Transportation: I was very lucky to be able to drive into the scenic area. I parked my car in parking lot P near Hongbasi Station. The homestay provides a pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. Location: Cezanne exceeded my expectations. There was no odor in the room, which is impressive for a log cabin. The bathroom has an aroma diffuser, heated toilet, and underfloor heating. The room is very clean.
