Shanghai Century Park in Early Autumn
Century Park is located in the administrative and cultural center of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is the largest natural ecological urban park in the central area of the Shanghai Inner Ring Road and is known as the "Garden of Holidays".
Century Park covers a total area of 140.3 hectares. The design concept reflects the integration of Chinese and Western garden art and the harmony between humans and nature. The park is dominated by large areas of lawns, forests, and lakes, and features scenic areas such as the Native Countryside Area, Lakeside Area, Sparse Forest Lawn Area, Bird Sanctuary, and Scenic Forest Area, as well as attractions such as the Century Flower Clock, Mirror Lake, Century Plum Garden, Orange Flower Island, Magnolia City Flower Forest, Green World Relief, Music Square, Bird Island, Olmec Statue, Montreal Garden, Li Bai Martyr Memorial Statue, and Pudong New Area Population Culture Sculpture Square.
The park offers participatory recreational activities such as amusement parks, leisure bicycles, sightseeing cars, boats, and pigeon recreation areas, as well as restaurants, exhibition halls, and shops, providing convenient services for visitors.
